Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be interested in all six channels?
No. Join because of the one topic that matters to you now. You can stay entirely focused on ICP, crypto reviews, YouTube, dating, gaming, AI, or your personal life. The advantage is that you do not have to leave when another part of your life becomes more important.
Do you really read the comments and direct messages inside the Family?
Yes. I have deliberately stopped making public comment sections and social media inboxes part of my normal workflow. I put my online reading and messaging attention into the Family. I read what members post and send there.
Will you personally answer every message immediately?
I read member posts and messages, but I do not promise instant replies, unlimited private back-and-forth, or 24-hour access. I may answer directly, respond in a community post, make a video that helps several members, or point you to an existing lesson. Premium and VIP provide scheduled private time when you need guaranteed focused attention.
Is a custom video included with the $9 membership?
The ability to request a video is included. Some requests will become public videos, member-only videos, short responses, or community posts. A guaranteed dedicated video, personalized review, shout-out, project audit, dating profile review, or channel audit can be purchased from inside the Family.
Can I send you a video, project, channel, dating profile, or AI problem?
Yes. That is exactly what the community is for. Send the link, screenshot, file, or explanation and say what kind of feedback or response you want.
Can I ask for a collaboration or a video together?
Yes. Join, introduce yourself, and explain the idea. Membership does not guarantee that I will accept every collaboration, but the Family is the only online place where I review those requests.
Can I book a one-on-one call without joining?
No. Private calls are now offered through Premium and VIP membership inside the Jerry Banfield Family. Join first so we have a place to communicate, share context, prepare for the call, and follow up afterward.
What happens on a private call?
We meet on Zoom, focus on your agenda, and look at the real thing together. You can share your screen and show me the channel, website, wallet setup, research, workflow, profile, manuscript, business, schedule, or decision. We leave with a clear next step.
Is the community private?
Yes. Community posts are visible to other Family members. Direct messages are visible only to the people in that conversation. Use good judgment with personal information and never post passwords, private keys, seed phrases, authentication codes, confidential third-party data, or anything you do not have permission to share.
Can I share anything?
You can bring a wide range of real-life and work topics as long as you follow the community rules and treat people with respect. The Family is not a place for abuse, threats, spam, illegal activity, explicit sexual content, or exposing someone else’s private information.
Is your crypto help financial advice?
No. I can share research, experience, opinions, and questions that may help you think more clearly. I do not promise returns or make decisions for you. You remain responsible for your investments. Never send anyone your seed phrase, private key, password, or authentication code.
Is your health, recovery, dating, or life guidance professional treatment?
No. I share lived experience, coaching, feedback, and peer support. I am not replacing a doctor, therapist, attorney, financial adviser, emergency service, treatment program, or other licensed professional.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel your recurring membership according to the terms shown at checkout. You can also upgrade when you want more access and return to a lower tier when you no longer need it.
How does the affiliate program work?
Active members receive a personal referral link. You earn 40% recurring commission on qualifying new memberships attributed through that link while the referral and your own membership remain active, subject to Skool’s current attribution, refund, and payout rules.
