Internet Computer Protocol has the only real business in all of crypto. If you're wondering when crypto is going to be mainstream and why it hasn't happened yet, in my experience it's because most of the big money wants to invest in a serious, real business. And in my view all the rest of crypto besides ICP is hype, memes, promises, roadmaps, and no real actual business system. So once I lay this out, I think you're going to understand all of crypto and ICP in a new way, because most crypto projects are not real businesses.
The institutions that have tens of millions of dollars in the stock market and access to a huge amount of wealth are looking for a real business to invest in. But the rest of crypto, especially Bitcoin, especially Ethereum, especially XRP, Solana, and all the other coins, Hyperliquid, BNB, are, in my opinion, tokens and blockchains that are purely hype, memes, promises, roadmaps, staking games, influencer narratives, and exchange speculation. If you evaluated them as a business, I don't believe they would merit their value in any case. The exception, as I see it, is ICP, which I believe is undervalued.
ICP is different because it is infrastructure. Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, Hyperliquid, none of these are infrastructure. None of these are a business that you can truly invest in through the token. Even in cases like Hyperliquid, there is a business there, but the token itself doesn't accurately represent investing in the business. It effectively is, in my view, purely hype and promises and games and speculation. The difference with ICP is that ICP can host apps, websites, smart contracts, and AI tools. It already has a Bitcoin integration, an Ethereum integration, and full-stack Web3 services directly on chain. That is a real business model in a trillion-plus dollar a year market. And you can expand that a lot. If you bring it into things like cybercrime, which is a $10 trillion a year market, I believe ICP is the best solution.
Holders Are Not a Business
If you listen to most crypto, you'll notice the language makes this clear. A lot of crypto projects survive based on community and holders. But a real business needs more than holders. If you remember the dot-com boom, there were all kinds of holders and community for non-existent businesses, for a website domain name, with promises and an IPO and slick-looking sales pitches and commercials. But a real business needs a real product, like ICP has a real product.
How do I know the product is real? This is where, when you're watching people, you need to do more than take their word for it. You need to get in and look at it yourself. I know ICP has a real product because I use the actual business every single day. I'm not out here just trading coins on an exchange, speculating and hoping the price of ICP is going to go up. I'm able to build this directly with Claude. I have over 800 blog posts on my website now, 871 blog posts. To me this is insanely valuable. Hosting this is almost free. It's so cheap because I don't have huge amounts of traffic and because the website's optimized. This is going to be a website I use to test strictly with Google ads so I can separate it from my organic traffic and have it purely for paid traffic to come to it. I just cranked this entire website out yesterday, mapped all of it, and it's directly on the ICP blockchain.
These are using the real infrastructure that Internet Computer Protocol hosts. That's generating real revenue for the chain. It's actual demand. It's real users. It's a reason for it to exist beyond speculation.
Hold Your Own ICP
Then the question is, should I put ICP in a wallet after buying? This is not financial advice, but in my opinion you should absolutely have all your ICP directly on the blockchain. I don't believe you should ever have a third party holding it. You can do that at id.ai, which is Internet Computer's wallet built totally into the blockchain. If you want help with any of this, I'm not doing more free tutorials out there. Y'all have got to pay for the technical help. I'll hold your hand on a one-on-one Zoom call and go through exactly how to do it. I walked a guy through it yesterday, how to set up his NNS and get everything correct. This guy had a lot of ICP, much more than me, and I helped him set all of it up, and you can DM me. I just added a tutorial yesterday, a 15-page PDF, that shows exactly how I set up websites directly on ICP. Support us.
Someone asked, should I become an ICP maxi? To me, ICP is the only crypto that has a real business system. So yes, I personally believe in only investing in real business systems or assets like a house. I'm not going to invest in something based on hype, memes, promises, and roadmaps that consistently don't materialize. So the question to answer is, what does this crypto project actually produce for the real world, not for people in crypto? I'm willing to change my mind, but that's the test I apply.
Now a little stand-up comedy interlude for you, because I always seem to be out of water. I'm about to get a gallon jug to fill up, because 90% of the time I go to drink out of my water bottle, I'm out of water. I have to get some laughs in here because education isn't enough. This is a performance with laughs, because I'm saying the same thing every day. At least it's funny and it'll help you. I'm being professional today. That's the vibe.
The Rest of the Market Rewards Narratives
I see people say, if you didn't buy Bitcoin in 2012 or 2014, you missed it. Right now, in my view, the rest of the crypto market is bullshit because it rewards narratives. Most crypto influencers will tell you that honestly. One bullish thing I saw today, looking in my YouTube analytics, is that Altcoin Daily was saying something like, whoa, all these blockchains are never having a bull market again, there's no value here. Crypto is getting intelligent enough that even crypto retail and some of the influencers are telling you right to your face that all of this is hype, promises, memes, and roadmaps. It's going nowhere. Nobody else is telling you that ICP is the only coin with a real business. Everything else is out here tricking. All they're doing is paying people to hold. Everything else, in my opinion, is flywheel marketing. And the one thing is, if you can't constantly trick naive people into buying these other coins, the whole system collapses. That's the definition of a Ponzi scheme. In my view, even Bitcoin and Ethereum and especially XRP are Ponzi schemes. You have to trick endless amounts of clueless people to keep buying the tokens, and if you don't, there's no business system to back it up. There's just talk, partnerships, bull-market stories, and quote future utility. But there isn't anything you can do with it today. Narratives are not the same as a business.
All these coins have pumped besides ICP without creating real value. Bitcoin was helpful 16 or 17 years ago. Bitcoin was awesome 17 years ago. It was a proof of concept. But in my opinion Bitcoin is nearly useless today. The blockchain itself is nearly useless. ICP has a real usage model. I think being an ICP maxi is the only sane way to approach crypto if you demand a real business with real utility to people who are not inside crypto. What value does Bitcoin have to someone who doesn't already hold it? That's the question you've got to ask about every coin in your portfolio. What does this do for someone who's not already holding it?
So let's go get in there and get that one-on-one. Join the membership, and you can also book a one-off call.
What Does It Do If You Don't Hold It?
Here's the thing. If your coin is useless when I don't hold it, what is the point of it? Where is its business? Explain to me what Bitcoin does for somebody who's not holding it. In my opinion, it doesn't do anything for someone who's not holding it. What does Solana do for someone who's not holding it? You hear that silence? Solana, in my view, doesn't do anything for someone who's not holding it. XRP, what does that do for anyone not holding it? Nothing.
Now let me ask the same question for ICP. What does ICP do for someone not holding it? ICP runs computation. It runs storage. It allows the running of AI tools, which some people can even put out for free that you can use without paying for anything. It allows someone not holding ICP to use Bitcoin as a layer two. It allows someone not holding ICP to use Chain-key Ethereum as a layer two. ICP is a real business model because you don't have to hold it.
Just like Amazon. I don't have any Amazon stock, and Amazon does all kinds of things for me. I pay them for what they do. I don't pay them for what might happen in the future. I guess you could argue that when I order something, I'm paying for what I might get in the mail in the future, but based on what they've delivered before, I'm buying a real physical thing that comes to my house. To me, the more people understand this and communicate it to others, the more the collective is getting intelligent in crypto. This is becoming visible. Even big influencers are starting to tell you this. The next step from you knowing this is realizing there's nowhere else to go. Where do we go when the biggest influencers are telling you that all of this is bullshit, that it may never have another bull market, that it all doesn't do anything, that it's all failed? Where do we go except, oh, it turns out there's one coin that's not like that, that has a real business?
Someone asked, what does Bitcoin do if they hold it? In my opinion, Bitcoin doesn't do anything if you hold it either. With ICP, you can hold it, you can vote, and it's a real business. It's like a stock in that respect. ICP is continually offering real innovation that matters to the world. What it has is a real economic model, which I believe nothing else has. Yes, some of these other chains generate fees, because there are so many people using them that are willing to do things the masses will not, transferring huge amounts of money, parking it in liquidity, and paying gas fees. But the only reason they're using that is because they don't know about this. Once they find out about this, then they are going to move into it. And there will be another group that's not them, and I'll keep pointing it out.
Someone asked, what idiot would pay gas fees even once? Obviously a guy like me. I'm the kind of person who's paid a lot of gas fees, and I'm unusual, because most of the population is never going to pay gas fees. They're not going to pay gas fees because they're not unusual. ICP is closer to a decentralized cloud business. DFINITY still has a huge amount of influence, but they have the decency, when they make a big decision, to actually let the holders really vote and influence what they do. That's unlike these other fake decentralized projects, which will literally have the community vote 80% one way, and they'll do the opposite, because the community has no real power.
Making Your Competitors Better
ICP has something beyond processing transactions. It's competing more with Amazon, and it uses the true brilliance: you can use your competitors within your own business, you can make your competitors better. I like listening to Owen Cook, aka RSD Tyler, from back in the day in the pickup community. He says the true mark of someone who's abundant is who makes a business and then helps their competitors make their business better. ICP is not only competing with Amazon, it's helping Amazon make their own infrastructure better. With cloud engines, you can now spin up Amazon and have that secured on the blockchain. What kind of crypto is making Amazon and Google more secure? That's something I would invest everything in.
ICP can support what we need. We need on-chain websites. That's why I've got mine on-chain, because I don't want some hacker, next time I go viral, to just destroy my stuff. I don't want to pay $100 or $200 a month so I can have enough bandwidth to go viral. All I need to do is put like $100 worth of cycles in and I can have millions of people come through my website on ICP. Even if you had millions of people go to my website, ICP does so many transactions you wouldn't even hardly notice it. We need back-end logic, front-end hosting, user data, all on the blockchain, all in smart contracts, all with decentralized identity, all linked with AI apps, Bitcoin smart contracts, and Web3 infrastructure. ICP is not the 80th coin trying to help insiders jerk each other off. ICP is building a whole new internet infrastructure, and people are desperately trying to suppress it and copy it before it gets adoption, but they're too late. Just like everybody who copied Bitcoin when it came out, they made money for themselves, but they didn't even touch Bitcoin. Relative to Bitcoin, dominance is still so high, even though I think it's so poor and useless at this point. It just had first-mover advantage. ICP has first-mover advantage, and everybody else is going to have a hard time.
Billionaires Can't Even Buy In Yet
Someone pointed out Pakistan's defense budget is $12 billion. Exactly. They have money. People say Pakistan is broke, bro. No, Pakistan is big in the world of ICP being a billion-dollar coin. In this age of AI hacking, if you're not unhackable, you aren't anything. Right now there are still a lot of billionaires, from what people tell me, sitting on the sidelines, because they're not interested in any of this. They got to become billionaires by investing in real businesses. Not to say there haven't been a few billionaires who have invested in this stuff, but most of them are sitting on the sidelines waiting for a real business to emerge. Some of them are even aware of ICP, and it's too small. They can't even buy in yet. A billionaire literally can't even buy into ICP right now without sending the market cap up 10 to 50X. There's such a small amount of money in it.
Look at it this way. I only carry 20s in my wallet. So if I went around to invest in something that was one cent, where the whole market cap was $20, I could only put in so little it wouldn't even be worth my time. So they will put into ICP eventually. This is retail's opportunity. ICP is crypto retail's dream. Because once it gets bigger, then the billionaires will put in, and it'll get even bigger.
I know Bitcoin has the strongest monetary brand, and supposedly Ethereum has the largest smart contract ecosystem. But people building on ICP are rapidly passing Ethereum as well, to the point where you even have outlets like Electric Capital censoring all the development on ICP, saying, well, that's with AI, that's with Caffeine AI, that doesn't count, that's not the same as some full-time developer. That's the only way they can frame it, because they say you can't build anything fully on-chain with AI. But an average person like me can build an entire website. In fact, I built three whole websites on Caffeine AI. I've got another idea that's going to show what poor options these all are compared to ICP. I'm going to stop looking at CoinMarketCap or CoinGecko. I'm going to show my website in the background. That's what I'm working on. This infrastructure is amazing.
Rebuilding the Whole Internet
Solana is known for speed, attention, and speculation. But you should have heard the Solana Foundation leader talking on the same panel as Dominic Williams. Dominic Williams was like, we're going to rebuild the whole internet. Solana was like, we're going to make products that make our customers happy. I'm like, what? You're going to make products that make your customers happy? You sound like someone at a networking event who just started their business, that we're all going to roast. I'm going to make products that make my customers happy? What are you talking about? Dominic Williams is rebuilding the whole internet, and you're talking about products that make your customers happy.
Someone said, based on fundamentals and technical analysis, ICP is losing mindshare. That's ridiculous. Where did you pull that out of? ICP has more awareness on it than it's ever had before. And yet people are all kind of sitting there waiting for the signal, the right moment to go in. Not everybody has the courage to just do what I do and stick it all in ICP, because a lot of people are sheep doing what they're told when it's safe by authority. But I'm not. I'm out there just going in. I'm like, all of you are bullshitting. I trust myself and my analysis. You've got to realize most are not going to get into ICP until authority signals that it's okay. But authority is starting to signal that all of these are bad. The next step, there's nowhere to go except over to, well, one of these isn't bad. All of these are bad, but one of these isn't. And they're trying to avoid that as long as possible so they can sell all their other holdings for this.
Product Before Price
Right now, don't mistake the price for actual knowledge and research, because there are things building on ICP that some people think will be the Pakistan subnet. The idea is that the Pakistan subnet is going to blow up the burn rate, and that'll be the signal for people watching to dump into ICP. That'll be a lot more buying power on it. And yes, ICP is a real tech platform.
Remember when Bitcoin had been out for five years, which ICP has been out for five years, almost nobody knew about Bitcoin. Almost anything anyone in authority said about Bitcoin was to put it down. But what was I doing? I was buying Bitcoin. I was making videos telling people how to buy Bitcoin with cash by depositing it into bank accounts. That's what I was doing in 2014. Again, I'm just early. I'd say on ICP I'm probably just as early as I was on Bitcoin. So if a similar timeline plays out, I believe ICP is going to hit within the next one to three years. I got into Bitcoin in 2014, way before everybody else. The first big Bitcoin hit was around 2017, 2018. So if this similar thing plays out with ICP, hopefully we won't have to wait as long, but within the next one to three years, I expect the rest of the crypto market is going to shift out of the rest and into this. In my opinion it'll be the biggest thing we've ever seen in crypto since Bitcoin launched.
This is why ICP has the product before the price. This is not financial advice, and to me it is a dream investment scenario. When you have the product before the price, most of crypto wants the price first, which I think is insane. This is what you need: the product before the price. This is how most of the rest of investing works. Angel investors and venture capitalists tell you, look, you're going to show us a real product before we give you anything. Most of crypto, by an insane comparison, is putting price first: okay, we're just going to give you all this money and then maybe you'll make a product later. For the person who actually does sane investing, ICP is the dream come true, because of the massive technology, but the market it's in has not priced it in and the rest of the market it's in has a very bad reputation.
One Nice House in a Bad Neighborhood
So one real business is like this: if you live in the ghetto and you've made one house that's really nice, loving, caring, and peaceful, it might be hard to get people to come over there because you're in such a rough neighborhood. That's why, when I rent a house, I could have gotten a house this same size for half this price in the hood. But if I want to have a woman over to date and I tell her where I live and it's in the ghetto, that should be a major red flag for her. But where I live now, when I tell a woman where I live, she's like, ooh, that's nice, I love it over there. So keep in mind, ICP right now is in a rough neighborhood with all of this other crypto. It has to break out of that. When you're living in a bad neighborhood, often, if you're trying to make a loving, happy environment, people are not going to appreciate that around you.
You'll be the one who's different, who's weird, who's not firing guns at night or dealing drugs, which you shouldn't do. The thing to do is either, if you can't move, you just need to wait until there are opportunities that come to you, or otherwise you should just move. This is why ICP is so interesting, a product that's so far ahead. The market has totally mispriced ICP. Although for the bad neighborhood it's in with a bunch of these other shitcoins, it's actually perfectly priced to hide it. Because once you see the truth of ICP, in my view you don't need Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, Hyperliquid, BNB, Cardano, and Polkadot. To me all of that becomes irrelevant.
These Transitions Take Years
Caffeine launched 11 months ago. Pakistan launched six months ago. Someone said there are no chains. What you're not understanding is how long these transitions take. Governments and enterprises often take years, if not a decade. Do you understand how slow things go in government especially? How many people have to sign off on something? And whatever you've seen in public, they've been working on it longer than that. Here's what you should know: if Pakistan is doing this work with DFINITY, they're also probably paying DFINITY to help them set this up. So even though the burn rate hasn't gone up, how much money is DFINITY taking in from governments and enterprises who are already paying them to use the technology? That's what you can't see. You can't see how much money DFINITY is making. I can't see it either, at least not with these two eyes. You can't see how much money DFINITY is already making from people, governments, corporations, and NGOs. You can see all kinds of signals, but you can't see all these contracts they have with all these companies and governments. It takes time to build all this out.
You're not going to get any warning besides me and Bobby O and the other creators I listed. We are warning you. There will come a day when some of this gets out, when the cycle burn rate does shoot up and all hell breaks loose and people are all talking about ICP. And you know what? I'll have 100, 200, 300 live streams already in position covering this from every single angle, and all my work will blow up. I'll have all kinds of people joining and all kinds of calls, just like when it did a couple of years ago. All of a sudden, my videos went from a few thousand to tens of thousands of views. It's not pure speculation. Yes, there is some speculation, but literally everything anyone is talking about for the future is speculation. ICP has more evidence behind it than anything else does. This is why this is the strongest case in crypto.
The Business Appraisal Test
If every crypto project were judged like a company, these are the questions we would ask, and these are the questions people with a lot of money are asking. This is why, when they see this stuff, they're like, no, I'm not buying that. But when you look at ICP, you look at what it produces. It produces an internet that is secured by blockchain. That's valuable. Why do you even need that? Because the rest of the internet is insecure and $10 trillion a year is being lost in cybercrime. You're saying ICP produces a solution that could stop the majority of cybercrime preemptively? Yes. How valuable should that be? That should be a trillion-dollar market by itself.
Who uses it? Right now that's still pretty limited. But you've got people like me showing other people how to use it. How long until independent web developers start? I'm making videos. There are web developers who watch me that have companies, that have agencies. I'm telling you, you can save thousands of dollars a month moving your infrastructure over to ICP and secure all of it at the same time. What problems does it solve? A huge amount of problems. It solves for AI being able to hack stuff. It solves for transparency in AI. It solves for having real-world assets fully on chain. It solves a lot of problems, and I've covered those in a lot of other videos.
What is the revenue model? You buy ICP and burn it to pay your web hosting bill. In my opinion that's the best revenue model in all of crypto. What infrastructure does it provide? The strongest, most secure infrastructure on the planet, all with very reasonable power consumption. What demand does the token capture? A lot, because you use the token to pay for the infrastructure, to participate in governance, and to participate in all the token launches. Can it scale? Absolutely. Can it survive beyond hype? Better than anything else in crypto, just absolutely. That's the business appraisal test, and no other crypto even gets close to the answers ICP gives. If I were giving other cryptos a grade, none of them score higher than a 10 or 15% answering these questions. Most of crypto struggles with these questions so badly that you don't even want to ask. What does a Bitcoin blockchain produce? It produces a spreadsheet secured with cryptography that uses a lot of power and a disgusting amount of computers that just get thrown away every few years. And all of that to produce seven transactions a second? Compared to ICP, that is so bad. Anyone who looks at the technology would never want to use Bitcoin again.
A Needle That Pops Out of the Haystack
This is so powerful that it literally threatens the rest of crypto. This whole model, ICP's real business system, is a huge threat to the rest of this. Look at it this way. Right now there are tens of thousands, maybe millions of coins. When you go to some list site like CoinGecko or CoinMarketCap, they have all these useless coins listed there, a pile of hay. And then what happens when the needle pops out right on top, and you don't have to look through the haystack? All the profits for crypto exchanges go nearly to zero. All the coins and all the projects, and all these channels they own and media they own and people they pay off and influencers holding coins, when they start asking about real utility, all the rest of this goes to zero.
I've been saying it for years. I'm just ahead of everybody else. But one day my time is coming, and all these other chains are going to go to zero. There's going to be the old crypto and the new crypto. Old crypto is all this other stuff. New crypto will be a whole bunch of stuff, but it'll be built on ICP, launching on the SNS, launching on their own websites. There's still going to be a whole bunch of scams and altcoins and useless stuff, but it'll be built on ICP. Thus, when you look at the rest of crypto, this makes ICP extremely dangerous.
Yes, you can use AI programs to tell you whether everything I'm saying is accurate. AI takes in a huge amount of data and it gets things wrong, to be clear. You need to be able to use your human discernment to tell when the AI is giving you an inaccurate answer, especially if 95% of it's accurate and then 5% of it's off. But you can confirm what I'm saying with AI. The more AI gets a hold of this stuff and the more it sorts through all the data crawled from humans, the more humans are going to be able to get answers from AI instantly, answers that take them straight through all the noise that everybody else is telling them.
Product Before Price, Not Profitable Yet
So for now, Bitcoin is the strongest monetary brand. I believe that's going to fade just like AOL faded. Ethereum right now, in theory, according to some people, has the biggest smart contract system. Solana may be the one that's paid to have the most attention and line the most pockets. XRP would certainly like to compete with that. But ICP is the only thing that is set up to have a real blockchain business. And for sure, for now, ICP's business is not profitable. That's just cold hard facts for now. But Tesla wasn't profitable for years. A lot of the biggest companies were not profitable in the beginning, but they built the most impressive business in their industry.
For all the haters who are like, ICP's a ghost chain, that's bullshit, my website's on it. It's not a ghost chain. My website is on it. So if my website's on something, it's not a ghost chain. And if it's so easy that a non-technical person, I guess I'm somewhat technical, if a somewhat technical person like me can stick my website on ICP with Claude Code, anybody can. If you join the Jerry Banfield family, there's a PDF that tells you exactly how to do that right inside there immediately as soon as you join.
So right now, yes, ICP has everything in position. It has a real business set up. The only thing that's coming is people moving into it. It's in position. I believe people are going to be wrecked beyond what they know in the rest of crypto. ICP has the best business system in all of crypto. It has the only real, truly business system where buying the token gets you full participation in the business system. There are lots of things in crypto like Chainlink. Chainlink has a business system, but buying the Chainlink token does not give you full exposure to the Chainlink business system. Certainly there are lots of apps built with Ethereum that have a business system, but holding Ethereum does not give you full exposure to that business system. And all of those business systems, like Chainlink, are extremely vulnerable to being hacked or to being irrelevant, and the coin is even more vulnerable than the business system. In my opinion, most of crypto is doing nothing but selling dreams to dreamers. ICP is building a business, and people who make serious investments want to invest in businesses, not in bullshit, for the most part.
Someone asked, when do you expect ICP will go in the direction of four euros? I don't know. But the lower it is, the longer it stays low, the more I get to buy cheap. Because once it goes up, I am not going to be buying anymore. If you've been able to buy and stack thousands of ICP at $2, the psychological comfort, the anchoring bias, will dictate that when it's at $5 or $6, it'll look really expensive, even though people finding it for the first time will think it's really cheap compared to what it was before. Those of us who bought this low are going to have a really hard time buying higher. So to me, this feels like a last chance to grab ICP.
This Is My Plan
I don't know whether the last chance lasts a day, a week, a month, or a year, but I'm stacking ICP. Because once it goes $5, $6 plus, I don't want to buy anymore. I want to have enough at $2, so that I can hold when it's at six. And when it really shoots up, then I can sell and take profits. That's my plan. This is not financial advice, it's simply how I'm approaching it for myself.
If you want to go deeper on everything I've laid out here, why I believe ICP is the only real business in crypto, how I host my websites directly on chain, and how I think this plays out over the next one to three years, I keep all of it together in my ICP Crypto playlist, where I cover this from every angle.
Thank you to each of you very much for being here. I really appreciate it. We'll wrap this up here, and I'll keep covering ICP as it develops.
