Printing Money, Playing Tennis, and Feeding Off Haters

Printing Money, Playing Tennis, and Feeding Off Haters

I'm Jerry Banfield, and this is my epic vlog for September. Damn, why is the microphone way out there, bro? This is my vlog for September — what day is it? First, 2026. I did take my kids to school this morning, but I've spent the rest of the day at home, and it's been awesome. I've just been knocking out video after video, and I set up my DeFi earnings today. I'm just printing money on this platform called maxfi.tech — I just did a video about it on my Crypto Reviews channel. Dude, this is crazy. Look at the yield on this. Then if you switch over to Base, the yield's a bit lower, but this is crazy. I had to open my mind to get these yields, because I had been ICP-only. Today, I stopped being an ICP maxi.

If you're like, what are you talking about — I built my following when I came back to YouTube six months ago around Internet Computer Protocol, or ICP, this coin I got all into. I shilled it repeatedly. I said everything else sucked. Then I realized I'd like to make money — I'd like to make at least $10,000 a month as a content creator online, because I'm good at this, I'm a professional, and I don't want to do anything else. I opened my mind, and the MaxFi opportunity literally dropped in my lap. They literally paid me to find out about the platform. Say "literally" one more time. They paid me to find out about the platform, and it's awesome — I'm just printing money. Holy crap. If I could make $33 a day on my MaxFi, that would pay for all my groceries. I'm going to put at least twice as much into it and optimize my positions, and my friend said I should be able to make over $100 a day doing it, which would pay my rent.

Abundance Over Scarcity

The moral of the story: life is so abundant, but you've got to identify if you're in a scarcity mindset. What level of abundance have I been calling in that someone was kind enough to buy the queen video for $2,000? I don't even know who bought it — I'd love to know. They didn't share an email, and they paid with crypto, so I can't see any information about them. I'm like, who is this person that paid $2,000? Apparently it was not the podcast people — they wanted it, and somebody else bought it. That's crazy, and I'm really enjoying this.

I've cut back on my AA meetings, which has actually felt awesome. Normally, over the last 12 years, I would have taken an hour and a half or two hours out of my day to go to an AA meeting — but I didn't. I stayed home and cranked out videos, and I'm ahead on my videos now. I also took hours to set up this MaxFi stuff. This is complicated, advanced stuff — not for newbies who don't know what they're doing in crypto, because you can very easily lose your money — but it also is a money printer. I could help you set it up, or watch my videos first on my Crypto Reviews channel — to get into the wallets, I have a video on Jerry Banfield Crypto Reviews and everything laid out at jerrybanfield.com/maxfi. If you've got a few thousand and you want to print money, talk to me. I remember taking this leap of faith and borrowing a whole bunch of money — and now the money's coming in, and now more ways to make money are coming in.

A Month of Persistence Pays Off

And I'm so grateful — I'm going to play tennis with a beautiful woman right after this. I think she's single; I'm going to investigate. I've been wanting to play tennis with this woman for at least a month, and I've just persisted every week: hey, are you free to play tennis? No, I'm not free today. Lots of times she wouldn't even offer another time. I just asked again this week, and this week, for some reason, instead of just saying no, she actually offered a couple of other days. I don't know if maybe she was dating somebody and it didn't work out, or maybe she just wants to play with me now, or who knows what else happened in her life. But I'm grateful for the persistence to just keep making an effort. Then there's this single mom who canceled on me twice last minute, and today doesn't offer another time to hang out. Some of my friends are like, dude, if you get canceled on twice, you are a sucker — do not make a third effort. And at the same time, I've had women tell me that persistence was one of the most attractive things men did. Not being annoying, constantly every second — hey, hang out with me — but showing up over time and staying interested. It shows there's something more to you, that you're not just there for quick gratification.

Then I've been wondering: I need to get some really nice pictures for dating apps. Because look how beautiful I look on this screen — I keep looking over at myself on the monitor, like, damn, that dude looks so good. (Also making sure the volume's on — people say it's weird that I look around while filming. I'm checking the volume, making sure I'm centered in the frame, making sure everything's recording and not dropping frames, seeing what the AI is doing in that window. Keeps things moving and dynamic.) I didn't talk to either of the women I went out with on Sunday, either — which is fine. I don't see why we need to talk. If I'm not interested in a woman, I just won't message her again. It's actually super easy being a guy, because as a guy you usually reach out, and then you find out when she doesn't respond or says she's not interested. Maybe it's harder as a woman — I don't know. The women who've been interested in me generally reach out to me after a date. So if you go out with somebody and it's clearly not right — okay, we're just not going to talk again. It's fine. There are lots of people in the world.

The Dating App Question

I'm wondering how much more effort I should make in dating. I've been thinking for a few days about setting up this MaxFi portfolio — that's worth it, because instant income is coming in. But dating, that's worth it too. I would love to schedule one, two, three more dates. And at the same time, I'm into this perfectionism: if I don't have banging pictures on my dating profiles, there's no point in even setting the stupid profiles up. But then again — do I have to have a perfectly planned, beautiful photo that's there to make a woman feel desire, using dark psychology principles and opulence in my background and the exact right kinds of photos? And then I have to write everything exactly right, so my profile is funny and sweet and mysterious — and God forbid I say the word marriage or relationship, besides where it says to check "long-term relationship." God forbid you mention any interest in commitment. I'm like, if I'm going to play the game, I don't even want to play until I'm prepared to win. But that's kind of silly, because usually you get better by playing the game, not by thinking about playing it. It can be helpful to take a break sometimes, but picture basketball: are you going to get better at basketball by going out and playing, or sitting on the bench imagining it? But I don't want to waste my time on dating apps either. Then again, I've had so many good stories from dating apps. I don't want to get back on the apps, but I do want the content. I did a week of dating apps after the queen and didn't even get a single in-person date. Ah, dating apps suck. But sometimes they're awesome — I did go out with at least one attractive woman, and maybe if I'd asked her to come back to my house, she would have; we were only a few hundred feet away. And I didn't. I'm interested in what kind of stories I could generate on dating apps.

What I love is a day like today, where I got home from dropping my daughter off at 9:30 and had six uninterrupted hours at home to hit my videos hard in the studio. Let me count how many videos I filmed today: one, two, three, four, five, six — this is the seventh video I've filmed, and actually the eighth, because I deleted one and refilmed it, which is very unusual for me. So I filmed over 90 minutes of videos today, set up MaxFi, and ate. And I'm so glad the yoga studio had that complaint I talked about a few days ago — because today I just got my yoga mat out and did five or ten minutes of yoga at home to get ready to play tennis. This woman is in fantastic shape. Most of the time, I'm in better cardio shape than the people I play against — if we keep playing in the Florida heat, I usually get better the longer we play. But this woman says she's run marathons. I think she's in better shape; she could outlast me in cardio. So that's going to be interesting. When we played before, I challenged her: we had a great time, let's play just the two of us, a full set. She said: how about five sets? I'm like, dang — I've never played five sets. I don't know, your boy might get dragged out winded after five. I've played three sets a number of times, but never five. So I'm really excited to go play tennis with this woman — my persistence and patience have paid off. And it's been easy to be patient and persistent with her, because how many other women have I dated since I met her? How many other women have I been paying attention to? I didn't pressure her or get too emotionally invested. I could just text her once a week and try to play tennis.

Maybe It's a Date, Maybe It's Not

In the past, I would have wanted more certainty — all right, we need to see if this woman wants to date me. Now the uncertainty makes it more interesting, both for me and for her. She doesn't know: is this guy trying to date me, or is he just trying to play tennis with me? In the past, I would have thought I had to ask her and make this a specific date. But the uncertainty can actually make things more interesting — maybe she's thinking, well, we're just playing tennis, but is it a date? Do I want to date him? Does he want to date me? What are we doing? Maybe it's a date, maybe it's not. That's fun. Embrace the fun. And I'm super grateful my ex-wife is able to pick the kids up from school, and my mom's going to come over and watch the kids today — and that I'm so full of energy, so full of life, and willing to try new things. A lot of us get scared of trying new things. Like setting up MaxFi — I'm just watching it in the background, and this thing is just printing money. My earnings keep going up one cent at a time. I just put this in today; I don't even fully know what I'm doing on it yet, and a significant portion isn't even earning. This is something I'd been aware of and thinking about for a week or two — should I even try this? But I'm willing to try new things today.

Whole Foods With the Kids

A lot of us get in this mindset like my kids were in with food: oh, I don't want to try any new foods, I'm only going to eat the foods I know I like. Well, if you only eat the foods you know you like, how are you going to discover new foods? I went to Whole Foods with my kids last night and took my daughter to basketball, and I sat down with my kids and ate a nice meal. Now, my idea of a nice meal — people ask, what do you eat? Most of what I eat: I had almond butter, honey, and chocolate cocoa nibs, no sugar added. I had a banana, and I had chips with my own homemade guacamole — a banana, two mashed-up avocados, and some of that Casa Martinez salsa. They make the best salsa, man. I go to Publix and buy like five jars of Casa Martinez. So I had that today, with almond butter and honey — and I'm going to tennis hungry right now, because I can't stand playing tennis with even a little bit of a full stomach. I want an empty stomach, ready to go, really hungry by the end of it. Then I'll have hummus and carrots and Triscuits for dinner. At Whole Foods last night I told my kids: get whatever you want for dinner. I usually tell my kids they're only eating whole plant foods at my house, which is fine at the house, but tonight — get whatever you want. My daughter chose a LaCroix and oyster crackers — just two little packs of oyster crackers. My son chose chicken and broccoli; he loves broccoli, and he ate all the chicken. I'm not big into meat eating, but my son is so lean, a little meat on that boy wouldn't hurt him. And I filled up a whole tray — a pound and a half of food. I was trying to calculate the calories, putting the ounces in: dang, 28 grams is an ounce, and I got like 24 ounces of food. Was this meal really a thousand-plus calories? Maybe 1,500? It was so good, though. I had a salad, so there was a lot of water weight that probably wasn't many calories, then some grilled vegetables and some tofu with tahini sauce on it — delicious. I'm getting hungry talking about all this, but I'm not going to eat, because I want maximum energy for tennis. The longer I don't eat, my energy kicks up to this peak — and that's what I want playing tennis with this woman.

The Tennis Feedback Loop

I'm so excited. The first time we played — I was going to say I beat her, but that doesn't sound good out of context, somebody would just clip it — I played tennis with this woman and I won. The score was more in my favor than any match I've ever played. I won almost every single point in the first set; I think she only won three points, and she didn't win a single point in the first four games. She was creating this feedback loop where I love the attention and validation from a woman, and she's complimenting my shots, so I keep hitting better and better shots. I've never played tennis that well — she was hitting back everything, I was hitting back everything, I was hitting winners. It was crazy. Then the second time, she won like five — we were playing shorter sets, five games to three. And that's when I said: all right, you and I need to play a real match. I also have a date scheduled with a personal trainer this weekend, and I have no idea what else is going to happen — when I'll go to another speed dating event and meet someone, or when I'll start online dating again. I just feel so abundant, and I hope I can communicate that in my videos.

Look back a few months ago, when I was saying I'm taking a leap of faith, I'm not making hardly any money, I don't know how this is all going to work out. Now I've made $3,000 in the last week, and I'm rolling that money into MaxFi and printing even more money with it. I could lose it, and that's okay. And I don't think I've taken a credit card cash advance in a month — no, that's not true, I just paid my rent with a credit card cash advance yesterday. But on the other credit card, I haven't had to cash-advance anything into my bank account, and my business bank account is actually starting to send money to my personal one for the first time in forever. I'm so grateful y'all watch this. Every day, I'm hoping I can share the love, the joy, the passion, and the strength I have with you through my videos. That's why I do these. (Now here's a cool thing... it's there, it's definitely there... you make me laugh. I'll just sing to fill that in. Okay, maybe I'll just wrap this up.) I'm very grateful for my life.

Never Apologize Publicly

Oh, last thing. The ICP community has hit record levels of toxicity towards me since I said I'm done creating content for free for you. And I'm grateful today that not only can I handle that — somebody messaged me that I should apologize. I will never apologize for anything I do publicly again, that's for sure. Everything I do publicly is right, and if you don't like it, that's too bad. I've learned the hard way: never, ever apologize for anything publicly, because you're not going to get cut any slack for it. Nobody's going to say, oh, you're right, he apologized. No — everything I do is right according to me, and if somebody disagrees, that can be right according to you. But I'm never going to let anybody make me wrong. And if other people think I'm wrong — too bad. Not only that: I hope you talk about it. I hope you share my videos and call me names. Good. That's free publicity. That's fantastic marketing. In the past, in situations like this, I'd often feel so unstable, like I just wanted to be a good boy again and get back on everybody's bright side. Never again. All that matters is that I feel good about what I'm doing — and then, secondarily, that the people who love me feel good about what I'm doing. My kids, my mom, my next wife, whoever that is. Those are the opinions that matter to me. Random people online? I don't care what random people online think — unless you love me.

Thank You, Max Resist

Unless — dude, some young guy paid over $100 today to bump himself up to fifth on the leaderboard. I've got to show him off to wrap this up. His name is Max Resist — I'm assuming it's a he. Thank you, Max Resist. I woke up to $114 being spent in Stripe notifications, like — thank you, I really appreciate that. He bought my chat membership and jumped right into it — my uncensored, say-whatever-you-want chat, with no third parties offering any kind of BS censorship in there, where we can talk fully on the blockchain, and it's awesome. He also bought my meme coin game and my Officer Banfield book. Thank you. He's number four on the leaderboard now, along with the queen video buyer, the MaxFi team sponsoring the video, and Chell, who dropped all of that to talk to me in one day. I'm very grateful. If you support me, I am very interested in what you have to say — whether you're in the Skool community, whether you pay to talk to me, whether you're in the chat. If you're not out here helping me do what I do, your opinion doesn't mean anything to me. And I hope you can go forward in your life like that too: if people aren't helping you, if they're not supporting you, if they're hating on you and trying to put you down, not only does their opinion mean nothing — you can do like I do and feed off of them.

I was in bed last night thinking: I'm just a vampire. I get people pissed off and then I feed off their energy. Damn, am I an Archon? People get mad and I'm like — yes, feed me. Ah, you make me stronger. Your hate, your criticism, your disagreement fuels me. Good. And the people that love me — that fuels me too. Let's go. You can follow every day of this in my Daily Vlogs playlist.

I'm going to go play tennis with this beautiful woman now. I hope you have a great day like me.
