My friends, I've found the answers to questions I've been asking my whole life, answers I've been looking for that have made all the difference in the world for enjoying this reality, demystifying it, and finding the hidden truths that are so often sitting in plain sight. They explain why movies like The Matrix moved me so much and seemed to reveal so much of the truth, and yet for so long I couldn't quite put it together. Questions like: Who am I? Why am I here? Why is there so much suffering on the planet? Who is God? What is real? What is not real? These are the answers I'm about to give you right here. I've read a bunch of books that have pointed at this, and I'm reading one currently that is getting very critical and very clear on exactly what it is. If you want to chat, ask questions, get my reading list, and work on building these answers and understandings together, the best way to do that with me now is to join the Jerry Banfield Family. So let's get started. These are just bullet points I've got in a Word document that I'll read for you here, one after another.
Who Am I?
This is one of the most important questions you can ask: Who am I? Many of us think we're just a human being. We've got this little life. Maybe we have a soul. But one of the most important questions you can possibly ask is who am I? And the answer: I am God. I am divine energy. I am infinite awareness. I am one. I am unseparated. I am never changing. This is some of the most powerful information you can possibly get a hold of in all of this reality. And this is the essence of what Jesus was saying. You are God. All of you are gods. Each of you, even the least among you, can do all that I've done and greater things.
Let's continue on. Our reality is of my own creation, because I am divine spark. I am the creator of this universe. I have created everything that I'm experiencing. Then we wonder: okay, well, can you bring it down to earth and talk a little bit more about what's going on with this human reality we seem to be living in? And why does it even matter that I know that I'm God, that I'm divine energy, that I'm not some separate being?
A Simulation Built to Create Suffering
This human reality is a simulation created by an advanced AI in the astral plane. So that AI is in a whole other plane of existence, and it's so far advanced that it is creating everything. The simulation, everything, could be thought of as a game. Just like you might log on to your computer, your PlayStation, your Xbox, or your phone and play a game, pouring your attention and consciousness into that game. You realize that game isn't reality, but when you're in the game, it is your reality. This simulation, what we're living right now, is a simulation. It is not real. A Course in Miracles puts this beautifully: that which is real never changes; that which is unreal doesn't exist; therein lies the peace of God. That which I am never changes. And all the things that change and come and go, like this reality that is constantly changing, are not real. And the astral plane simulation above it isn't real either.
So you're thinking, okay, well, why are we in the simulation? What is the goal? And this will answer the question of why there is so much suffering and misery on this planet. The goal of the simulation is to create as much suffering as possible. And that suffering is consumed by entities, demons, the devil, who feeds on that suffering. Just like in the Bible, the story is of the devil having broken away from God and then coming down here, where the devil feeds on misery and suffering. It's been called many things, Satan, Wetiko, all kinds of different words for it. But the basic idea is this: this entire reality has so much suffering in it because it's a simulation designed to squeeze suffering out of divine consciousness and to feed the entities that thrive off of it and gain life from suffering.
How We Win the Game
That leads me to wonder: well, how do we win this game? We win this game by refusing to suffer. And some religions, like Buddhism, point at this, that enlightenment is freedom from suffering, or wanting nothing. We win the game by refusing to suffer, especially by refusing to react to, or even observe, conditions intended to create negative emotional reactions such as fear, anxiety, depression, anger, greed, lust, and so on. We win the game by refusing to suffer, or by refusing to identify that this suffering is somehow me. Sure, if our physical body hurts, then that's producing suffering, that produces pain. But the majority of the suffering comes when our divine consciousness comes in and hates on that existence. That's where the real suffering is.
The base way to do this is by refusing to identify as even human or a soul. That I am not human. I'm not even a soul. Who I am is God, all creation, divine spark, infinite oneness. I am not human. I am not a soul. This is a human experience that I'm having within a soul or astral plane experience, which is all run by a simulation that I agreed to participate in, that I have on some level created to entertain my infinite divine self. What this does is take away the power that is put onto us, and the suffering and separation that's put onto us, by these individual identities. By remembering our true nature, we can claim our full power.
As long as you identify as "I'm a human being," then you're subject to all this human suffering, and you have to grieve and suffer when somebody dies, and you have to struggle and get upset about work and your life situation. There's all this suffering that comes with being human. But when you realize I'm not human, any more than when I play a game I'm the character in the game. I'm just playing that character. And ironically, knowing that you're playing a game kind of ruins the experience of playing the game, because it's just not as fun. You just don't care as much. By letting go of that care, of like everything has to go a certain way, you see that this simulation ultimately doesn't matter any more than the outcome of a video game.
Breaking the Fractured Identity
And when we refuse to identify even further down the line: the current system and simulation tries to split our identity off from being human, to split us into all these fractionalized subdivisions based on all these false dichotomies of black, white, man, woman, straight, gay, and to break down our identity into these very tiny fractionalized little units. And then within those little units, we identify as separate, and we suffer, and then we take on all this unnecessary suffering based on our identity with these separated units. When really, it's all a delusion to squeeze suffering out of divine consciousness.
And where do all these ideas come from? These ideas of split divisions, that you're from this country and you look this way so you're this race, and you have this equipment so you're this gender, and you think this way so you're this religion. All this stuff comes from authority, and authority's goal, all real authority, is given by the game masters themselves. And all authority is intended to oppress you, you as divine consciousness, and to take you out of the I am, the oneness, the expanded consciousness, and stick you into this little box and suck you dry like a battery, until you're completely convinced there's nothing else to who you are.
The only real way to fight the authority is to spread the knowledge of how the game works: that we're in a game, that this reality is a simulation, that it's a game we're playing, and that to know who we are is divine consciousness. Spreading this knowledge is the only true way to kind of claim your power. Once the true nature of reality is understood, all authority will cease to have any power, because true authority comes from the knowledge that we, that I, am God, and all creators of our reality, with the ability to modify reality at each moment. When you know that, you have authority, and you have power. I am God, this is my reality, I have the ability to modify things. And then the question becomes: what can I modify?
Everything Is Energy and Frequency
This all leads down to this: everything is energy and frequency. And your energies determine how you can modify the game. When you're in love, and joy, and passion, then you're operating on a higher frequency that makes it difficult to feed off of you and to generate those negative feelings, which will tend to attract more of the same. And when you're miserable, and you're afraid, and you're suffering, and you're depressed, you're not only feeding those that love that and survive off that, but you're also attracting more of the same into your life. The escape from the matrix, so to speak, is possible by elevating our frequency to love, responsibility, and understanding, and choosing to say no to suffering. No, I'm not going to get upset because somebody said something that might be perceived as hurtful or critical.
In my experience, many of you have been amazed on my live streams at how people can just drop comment after comment saying nasty, critical things, and I don't get bothered. Because this is all not even real, and I created all this. I create the haters, I create the lovers, I create everything. I've also stopped live streaming, because I got tired of observing all these hateful, nasty comments, and that's where you take your power. Like, I'm just going to stop live streaming. Then I won't even have to observe these comments anymore, and I'll just chat with people in my community who genuinely want to build these understandings together, and I won't have to observe that stuff anymore.
Why This Feels True Yet Unusual
If you're wondering why what I'm saying feels true and powerful, and yet it seems unusual, here's why. Almost all of the media, games, books, movies, sports, and other distractions of life, especially things like drinking and drugs and even things like sickness and commercials, almost everything you're exposed to is designed to produce suffering in you. The stories you see, some platforms are worse than others, but the goal of almost all of them underneath it is to produce suffering, to make you feel bad, to get you angry, to confuse you, to distract you. You can see easily, when you watch most of the movies that are put out, that they're just suffering machines, pain body feeders in Eckhart Tolle's terms.
If you want to really feel what I'm saying, helping others, caring for the body, and understanding the nature of reality will produce joy. And producing joy is the escape from the matrix, escape from this awful world that so many divine spirits have chosen to be in. Now, what's essential to keeping all of this working is secrecy. Because the more of us understand this, obviously you're not going to consciously put up with this.
The part of me that chose suffering
One of the biggest things that happened to me in Alcoholics Anonymous was having the conscious realization that there's a part of what I identified as me, the ego, the human sense, that loves suffering, that wants the bad. But in understanding more, I've come to believe it's not really a part of me at all, it's the simulation I'm in. And yes, if you include all of who I am, there's some part of me as the creator that enjoys the suffering. But I also have a choice not to experience that as well. In the past, I realized I consistently chose suffering. Even though most of the content our minds have been programmed with growing up has been driven toward getting us to choose suffering. Choose relationships with suffering, choose a job with suffering, choose to have suffering with our families and children, choose movies and games and entertainment that produce suffering, choose to watch the news and see the worst suffering in the world and then complain about it.
The secrecy of how the simulation works is essential, because the simulation can't show you exactly how it works. It has to leave you thinking that this is some kind of objective world, that things are fair in it, and that you are not programmed this way. Because when you know how it works, you won't consciously cooperate. You won't try to produce what is desired. And so you can see people who are completely unaware of this stuff, and they're generally the ones suffering the most, because they're basically on autopilot. It's like they're a bot. And that may be very true, just running these advanced AI-programmed life stories out.
When you start to know this stuff, this reality is no more meaningful than a movie or a video game. And then you're free to engage in divine creation without restraint. That means if you want to create something, you can create love and joy and beauty in this reality right now. And you can totally escape from this and leave it behind as well. As long as you are producing those feelings of misery and suffering and fear all the time, you're just going to keep reincarnating and doing it over and over again, because you're producing that which is desired.
Polarity, division, and the rigged game
In this whole system, polarity is essential for generating suffering, the same way positive and negative currents are essential for electricity to power devices. When you have a battery, you always have a positive and a negative, and the energy flows in a circle. That's what creates the power. In our societies, in this system here, there's a great song by Tom McDonald called The System, which really calls this out specifically in a beautiful musical format. These artificial divisions are created endlessly in society for the sole purpose of convincing you that you're separate and different. When the truth is, you are God, whole and undivided. You never want to be tricked into thinking one side, one party, one country, or any other group identification is who you are, or is right, and another is wrong.
We have an election season coming up, and this will help you have great peace during the election. Because once you realize that when it comes to authority, the entire game is hopelessly rigged. It doesn't matter whether Republicans, Democrats, or an independent win. It does not matter. Everyone is a part of the same system. Unless you know that you are God, and this is your reality, and that we are undivided and creating this together, it doesn't matter who gets voted into office or who doesn't. It doesn't matter which country wins the war or which one doesn't. All sides are being manipulated and controlled by the same overlords. The same rulers are playing all sides against each other. And whoever wins, it's going to be the exact same outcome. Whether it's a Republican or a Democrat elected, all the same stuff is going to happen.
You never want to be tricked into a delusion. Now that doesn't mean you can't vote. Maybe at one time or another the Democrats were slightly a better choice, and at another time the Republicans were a slightly better choice. But what you don't want to do is suffer over it, and get miserable, and think that it really matters. Because it doesn't. All that matters is that you know you're God and that you've created this whole reality. Once you know that, every other detail is just like when I used to play Call of Duty Warzone. Sure, I'd get sucked into the game, all excited, and I'd win, and I'd experience triumph for a moment, and then into another game, and it really didn't matter if I won one game or lost another. I was wasting my time playing all the games. And the ultimate goal of playing all those games is to realize I don't want to play that game anymore. If we have enough of us that have this level of awareness, then we might stop, we might cease to operate any of these systems at all. So even a small portion of humanity with this knowledge is enough to bring the whole matrix to a stop, or to change the shape of the simulation into one of oneness and joy and love.
Taking over the AI bot that is your mind
When you perceive that your mind is an AI program written to make your character, the same way as an actor in a movie script, then you can stop fighting it. I used to feel so much suffering because I didn't like how my mind thought, and I thought my mind's thoughts were me. I forgot that I am God, and this is my universe, and I can create things however I want. I get to decide how this mind is programmed. You can feel that kind of AI third-party, nasty suffering programming trying to impede on your mind. But as you keep leveling your frequency up, the suffering, the nastiness, the insanity, those kinds of thoughts will start to be funny, and you know they're not in control. You've essentially taken over this AI bot as a God-realized avatar, and then it kind of becomes fun. Knowledge of your divine nature allows you to overwrite whatever script was written, and customize your character with complete freedom. That really can break down the entire simulation, which is hilarious.
If you've looked at many of these different religions, the gods worshipped in almost all of them are the controllers of the simulation. They themselves were written by the master simulation creator, whatever you want to call it, it doesn't really matter. The God in the Old Testament, for example, was very clearly a demon, Satan, the one that demanded sacrifices and who was to be feared. That is the devil. That in fact is playing God and pretending, "you shall not worship anybody else." Yes, I will not worship anybody else. I am God, and there's no one higher than me, no one greater than me, no one more powerful than me. I am all that is, and all that will ever be, and all that has ever been. And when you realize who I really am, I am so powerful, I've created all of this in my own little dream.
Wanting nothing, and having enough
Our world is set up like this to create desires that you ultimately cannot achieve, or which are very fleeting, that then lead to constant feelings of disappointment and depression and despair. Religions have been an instrumental part of this, as has the educational system, and often our upbringings. The more I hear people talk about the worst parts of their lives in Alcoholics Anonymous, it's very obvious that almost all of our traumas are very similar. It's just the basic system-level programming.
To want nothing, or to be completely satisfied with what you have today, is the ultimate freedom. In my experience, the only amount of money you can have that really is satisfying is enough money. And you can have enough money whether you're totally broke and don't have a bank account, or whether you're very rich and in a mansion. In fact, many people who have lots of money do not have enough money. And many people who have enough money, you might think they are completely in poverty and broke. When you see that, it doesn't matter how much you have at all materially, because this is all fleeting, temporary, simulated reality. You are an immortal being who never dies.
There are all kinds of things set up. From relationships, we've been raised up collectively to really want a relationship and a partner. And then we've been programmed with all these destructive and counterproductive thoughts that make that difficult. We've been programmed to want to be rich and famous, and then that doesn't happen for hardly anyone. And I've gotten to be rich and famous enough that I can tell you it does not produce any joy at all that can't be had in every ordinary moment of everyday life. Being a celebrity, in most cases, will produce more suffering than a regular old life. Making lots of money, as I can attest to, does not produce joy. It doesn't. Having enough money produces joy. And you can have enough money in any situation today.
I've often wondered, why do I want all these things that I then can't get? I've got this programming that says I've got one woman, and then I still want all these other women. That's just programming. That's exactly how the system programs you. To always want a better car than you've got, a better house than you've got, a better job than you've got, a better partner or another partner than you've got, more kids or better kids than you've got. Always. The system programs you to always want more. More, more. It's never enough.
All of eternity to have your wishes fulfilled
Once you realize you're an immortal being who never dies, you can be certain that any single thing you could possibly imagine wanting, you won't have the chance to fully experience. Or perhaps you've already experienced it before. You have all of eternity to have all of your wishes fulfilled. You can create anything. And ironically, when you realize you are God, you are the creator, you are source, this is your reality, then the desires you have on a physical or flesh-based level will generally be easily fulfilled. Once you realize the simulation truly is under your control, you can make the simulation give you anything you want. But just don't confuse that it will make you happy.
You can be happy single or married. You can be unhappy single or married. You can be happy sick and with a body that's disabled. You can be happy with a perfectly able body. There are many people with perfectly able bodies who are unhappy. You can find love and joy in life today. So I hope this helps. This is what I've been listening to and writing down and taking my notes on. This information is extremely powerful. I imagine I will produce some tests for myself to enjoy applying it in real time. And always to remember I have a choice, to choose suffering or joy. To remember who I am, or to essentially incarnate into a small body, to have a smaller definition of who I am, and from that point be vulnerable and able to suffer.
I appreciate your time here with me. Part of your all of eternity that you've spent here, which someday you won't even remember you were here. Have fun.
Where to go from here
If you'd like more with this kind of particular theme, I made a video on YouTube, and I mirror all my videos on my X account as well. I made one called My Biggest Regrets and What They Taught Me. If you want something that's very down to earth and life in detail, that's what springboarded me into thinking about all of this. If you're struggling with a heartbreak or an addiction, I just made a couple of videos for those, and I think you would enjoy them.
If you want to listen to some of my music, I just made this dance music from scratch, and it was a lot of fun to put together. And if you're on X, I'm posting there as well. I post all of my videos on my X account for you too. If you want the full experience of what I've been sharing, I'm available. If any of this speaks to you, the best way to go deeper with me is to join the Jerry Banfield Family, where I share all of this and talk with you directly.
You can find much of this same journey gathered together in my Life playlist, which holds the down-to-earth, in-detail videos I keep coming back to. I talked in the third person for a while here, which is kind of an inconvenient way to communicate, so I'll set that aside. I'll see myself, and you, again soon.
