Dear friends and family, I know you're busy and you know I make videos, so I've thought hard about the one video I could make that would most change your life. Most of you who are my friends and family are working, you have jobs, you're busy. So I'll get right to the point. Most of you would love to have more money. And I've put years into figuring out how I can get out of this system of debt and the constant need to work to make money all the time. The obvious solution is investing. But what's really difficult is finding the one investment that is most prepared to deliver huge results. I've put years and years into this, and I found one thing. It's named Internet Computer Protocol.
Out of all the hours I've spent searching, I want to explain the big picture the same way I explained it to my wife, because I think you really need to know it. In my experience, the most valuable time you can spend when it comes to money is learning the bigger picture and understanding where you can invest in a way that doesn't just create wealth for you personally but also helps make a better world. Internet Computer Protocol is an entirely new way of building the internet. At first you might not see why this is needed, so I'll cover three things happening in the big picture of life and zoom in on how this technology fixes three of the biggest problems that no one else seems to have a solution for.
I want to be transparent about my own position here. I've invested all of the money I can in this myself. I have over $30,000 in Internet Computer Protocol right now. I've personally put in all the money I can afford to invest without losing my mind. This is what I've chosen to do with my own savings, not a recommendation about what you should do with yours. I'll also share how to buy it, because in my experience it's surprisingly easy.
Three big transformations happening right now
The big picture in the world right now is that there are three big areas of transformation we're living through. It's a really exciting time to be alive.
The first one is our financial system. Our financial system clearly has some serious problems, with inflation making it so most people around the world can't simply save money. You can't just earn money and put it in the bank, because then you're getting wrecked by inflation. The money you have keeps becoming more and more worthless. In my view, it's actually worth taking a loan out at anything around 4% or lower, because that's essentially free money. You're going to repay it with dollars that have less spending power than they do today. Our current financial system is also archaic and depends on all these centralized parties like banks and governments that have no accountability or transparency to us, getting in between you and me transacting. Clearly there must be a better system for this.
Right now banks are also operating on fractional reserve banking, where they don't even have your money in the bank. They only hold a tiny percentage of all customer deposits at once. This whole system is a big house of cards that could come down at any time. How many times do we need to watch things crash before we realize we need a new financial system? Our financial system is very responsible for keeping some people in the world ultra rich and the rest of the world in a state of servitude. So we need a system that opens up our financial opportunities and makes it easy for you and me to transact. I believe we've got the technology in place to do that today with Internet Computer Protocol.
The second big area of life that is transforming is artificial intelligence. It seems AI is absolutely everywhere these days, and it does offer some big opportunities. For example, I love making a lot of my video thumbnails with generative AI, which makes them so much easier than hiring a graphic designer. But AI has some serious problems on our current internet infrastructure. Our current internet is built largely the same way it was decades ago, where there are computers that have an administrator with access to do whatever they want on those computers, and the software runs directly on the hardware. For AI, that is a nightmare for keeping things secure. With more and more data being fed into AI, these systems become honeypots. When a bunch of people feed their data into the AI, it becomes very lucrative to hack the AI. That provides huge opportunities for all of us to get exploited and ripped off. We're giving all this valuable information to AI and getting nothing out of it, meanwhile making other people rich and leaving ourselves vulnerable to being exploited at the same time. AI needs a new internet infrastructure so it can run in a way that's decentralized, transparent, and tamper-proof. In my view, Internet Computer Protocol has the only technology I see on Earth that can do this today.
The third key area is cybercrime. Cybercrime is costing the world about $10 trillion a year right now. Google recently said that cybercrime is a national security threat. It's one of the biggest areas of waste and loss in the world, and the reason for it is that our existing internet infrastructure is inherently insecure. We need to build an internet that can't be hacked so easily. Right now the largest single section of the internet is built on Amazon Web Services, which is under attack hundreds of thousands of times every day from all over the world, by all kinds of different groups. It's a constant cat-and-mouse game. The hackers do one thing, the defenders do another. A lot of times when there is a hack, it's not even obvious. At this rate, with AI and hacking combining, all of our personal information is likely to end up out on the dark web. If it isn't already, I believe that within the next few years every single person's private information will be completely compromised and available on the dark web for anyone.
So we have some very serious problems in the world today. What's incredible is that there's one single technology that addresses all three of these problems, and no one else on Earth seems to have a solution for even one of them that works well. Internet Computer Protocol is a solution for all three.
Most of crypto is junk, and that's exactly why this matters
That might leave you wondering, okay, what is Internet Computer Protocol? By now most of you have heard of Bitcoin or crypto. I almost hesitate to say that, because some of you will immediately want to tune out: oh, it's junk, it's crypto, it's crap. And I agree with you that 99.9% of crypto is nothing but speculation, lies, cheating, fraud, manipulation, and useless. There's only one thing in crypto that I see as having real value based on the technology itself, not based on what people are saying, but based on what you can actually do with it. So I'd encourage you not to throw out all of crypto just because 99.9% of it is terrible.
Let me make an analogy. Imagine you went out with 10 people and they were all awful. You might conclude that all people are awful, but that's not true. If you're trying to date and you had 10 bad dates with 10 different people in a row, you could conclude that all men, all women, whoever you're going out with, are awful. But that's not the truth. The truth is it's just the 10 you went out with. You might have to go out with 11 or 12 or 13 to find one who is actually amazing. For me, it was about 100 before I met my wife. With crypto, you really need to go through thousands of projects to find one that's useful. I've done the hard work of that myself, and I'd like you to benefit from it. I feel an obligation to make a video like this for you, because if all my research is accurate, I'm going to become very wealthy because of this, and you would really not be happy with me if I didn't at least try to tell you about it while there's still time. Now is the perfect time to be finding out about this and researching it.
I did a basic test version of this explanation with my wife, and she said, you make things too complicated, I don't understand what you're saying. I don't know what Bitcoin is. I don't know what a blockchain is. I don't understand. So for those of you at that point, I'm going to do some more beginner-friendly explanations. But even with my wife, we got to the point where she said, I realized I don't even know what money is or how the internet is built. Many of you are thinking, yeah, I'm with her. What is money? You know that money is cash. You know money can buy stuff. You know money is something you might be able to invest and make a return on. And you know that when you go to a website, you get something back, and when you use an app on your phone, you get a user experience. But behind the scenes, it's worth learning how these things actually work, just a little bit, because it's education that truly changes the world. It's learning and knowledge that allow you to become empowered.
What money really is behind the scenes
I've learned what money is and how it works behind the scenes, and I've learned what the internet is and how it works behind the scenes. There are some critical problems with both of them that somehow this one crypto project has solved.
So first, what is money? Our existing financial system is created by governments issuing currencies that were originally paper and are now mostly digital, running on the insecure technology that makes up the internet. That means there are governments and banks sitting between your and my transactions. If I want to send you money, unless I put cash in your hand, I'm going through a third party like a credit card processor or a bank. In many cases you're going through 20 or 30 third parties who each scrape parts of the transaction between us and have the ability to moderate, censor, or block it. So our existing financial system is extremely slow and inefficient, and there's no transparency. You don't know, and almost no one knows, how many US dollars are actually in circulation, what the sum total of everybody's balances is, or who actually has the power to decide these things. Our existing financial system allows for very bad things to happen because of this lack of transparency.
So if you've heard of Bitcoin or blockchain, here's what's exciting about it: it allows transparency. Anyone in the world can go on the internet and look up how much Bitcoin any given wallet address holds. You can see where all the Bitcoin in the world is, very easily.
You can even do things like look at the Bitcoin rich list and see the exact balances of where all the Bitcoin sits. Right now, about 0.28% of the Bitcoin wallets hold roughly 82% of the Bitcoin. That does not make Bitcoin truly decentralized at all. It is the same old concentration of wealth that is already going on in the rest of our financial system.
So I have given you a basic definition of money and a basic reason why I believe we need a new financial system. Now we need to get into what the internet actually is, because you have to put together what money is and what the internet is in order to understand why we need a new internet protocol, and specifically the Internet Computer Protocol.
What the internet actually is
The internet is made up of a whole bunch of computers running all kinds of software programs. There is a protocol involved, and a protocol is just a certain set of software that a bunch of people are running that operates in a predictable way. When you type an address into your web browser, it sends you to a website. Your computer sends out information through a bunch of different machines, saying, "Hey, I want the information on this particular website," and that request travels along until something sends the information back to your computer and says, "Here is that information."
The problem with this infrastructure is that if any point in the existing internet protocol is compromised, you are at risk. If the machine it is running on is compromised, if your machine is compromised, or if any machine in the middle is compromised, you can be exploited, you can be hacked, you can lose everything. For an everyday person, that is not as much of a concern. But if you have a lot of money or a lot of valuable technology, that is a huge concern, and it is something you can hardly do anything about.
Why Bitcoin is not the solution
So let's go back to Bitcoin. If you have been seeing all the narratives about how Bitcoin is the answer to our financial system, then when you consider how the internet is actually built and look at the real technology of the Bitcoin blockchain, it becomes very easy to see, in my view, that Bitcoin is not a solution for our financial system. The reason is that our existing internet infrastructure is the way Bitcoin is being accessed.
The Bitcoin blockchain itself is basically a Google Sheet or a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, whatever you prefer, combined with a cryptography or hashing algorithm, which is basically a math problem. My wife asked me to simplify this even more, so here it is: Bitcoin is basically a spreadsheet that you add new entries to by solving a math problem. There are lots of computers that, when you go to do a transaction, have all the transactions sitting there, and whoever solves the math problem first, which is called mining, gets to add the new transactions to the spreadsheet.
The problem with Bitcoin is that the spreadsheet itself, the blockchain itself, does very little. Almost everybody who accesses Bitcoin and transacts with Bitcoin, buys Bitcoin, or sells Bitcoin, and this applies to the rest of crypto too, is interacting through a third party that is centralized and operating on the existing internet infrastructure. This is how an exchange like Bybit got hacked for $1.5 billion in Ethereum the other day. The existing internet infrastructure it is operating on is inherently insecure, and there is no way to make it secure without redoing the basic infrastructure.
So Bitcoin is a great proof of concept for how we could have a better financial system. The problem is that, computationally, Bitcoin is about like a calculator. Now, if you have been counting on your fingers and multiplying in your head, a calculator can seem like a godsend. But if you are trying to build a website, you cannot do that on Bitcoin. If you want to build a game that is not easily hacked, that has its own currency in it, and that cannot be taken offline by the host just because they do not want your game, you cannot build that on Bitcoin. If you want to build a social media network where people cannot just get banned, censored, or deplatformed because they said something the people controlling it did not like, you cannot build that on Bitcoin either.
The Internet Computer Protocol
But imagine if you could take the transparency of Bitcoin and the foundation based on math and cryptography that keeps it secure, and imagine if you could do that with the entire internet. That is what the Internet Computer Protocol has done, and you can learn about it much more at internetcomputer.org.
The Internet Computer is a world computer. For the first time in the history of humanity, unless there were some ancient civilizations that already had this stuff and we just did not know about it, which is possible, but that is a whole other story, this is a real world computer where you can take all the transparency benefits of blockchain, all that you love about Bitcoin, and do something like I have done and put your entire website directly on it. In my experience, it is more secure than any other web hosting I have found in the world.
I have been a digital marketer, online advertising, and social media content creator guy since 2011. I have not had a real job since 2012, as some of my friends and family know. What I have been doing is researching stuff like this, trying to find the most valuable knowledge on earth. One thing I did was look through all kinds of web hosts and try all kinds of different hosting platforms. If you want to see how powerful this tech is, just hosting a website on Internet Computer Protocol has been, in my experience, cheaper, more scalable, and more secure than any other hosting solution I have found. That is what is special about the Internet Computer Protocol. This is not something speculative with a coin that maybe someday will work out. It is doing all the things I am talking about right now.
I use OpenChat, which is a Discord or Telegram style app. If you are in the corporate world, think of something like Microsoft Teams or Slack. OpenChat is fully on chain. It all sits on the blockchain, meaning it runs without firewalls. My wallet just sits there with the crypto in it. I am able to do things like give a thousand people a little bit of Bitcoin, ICP, or any other crypto right there. I can give a thousand people money at once. As far as I know, there is no other way in the world you could do this. And I am also able to send individual tips.
Now, yes, there are analogous things. For example, you could send money to somebody on Facebook. But could you send a thousand people money on Facebook, in your community, in one minute? No, you cannot. On the blockchain, you can, and it is secure. There is no Facebook in the middle moderating the transactions. There is no KYC where you have to verify your ID. This all works, and it works globally.
A lot of my followers and people in my community are from Nigeria. This technology means the world to them, because in many countries the problems we see in the US with things like inflation and money are much worse, and the censorship is much worse too. So this kind of technology is an absolute game changer for so many problems worldwide. To me, this is the most valuable thing you could spend your time learning about right now.
Why most of crypto is worthless to me
Almost everybody in crypto is obsessed with prices, and almost everything in crypto, in my opinion, is fundamentally worthless. The tech itself is useless to humanity. Bitcoin was a great proof of concept. Ethereum was a great improvement on Bitcoin's proof of concept. But these are utterly unusable to most people. For my friends and family, I see no reason you would have to use any of these cryptos. With 99.9% of these coins, the goal is to make as much money as possible as fast as possible with the least amount of effort. That is why you have things like meme coins. They are attracting people with a get-rich-quick mindset who are easily lied to, cheated, and ripped off. I am just putting it to you straight.
Often in life, there is a mountain of BS you have to go through to find the nugget of gold. Crypto is gold digging, and I have found this is the one nugget in crypto. You might have thought the technology I am describing should be worth a fortune. Right now the most valuable companies in the world are worth trillions, and Bitcoin is worth trillions. ICP is worth almost a thousand times less than Bitcoin, and yet the technology is, in my view, the best technology that could scale Bitcoin in the world right now. It is the only technology I know of where you can run AI directly on chain, which makes AI safe, makes AI able to pay for its own computation, and makes AI transparent and trustworthy. This is the biggest problem in AI right now, and I believe ICP is the best solution on earth for it. Nothing else does what this tech does.
The team behind it
Most of crypto tries to make as much money as fast as possible with the least amount of effort. The DFINITY Foundation has taken the absolute opposite approach. They are the largest research and development team in blockchain, and they are a major contributor to and the creators of the Internet Computer Protocol. They have hundreds of the most talented cryptographers and data science engineers in the world. This is an absolute superstar team. To me, I do not see any better team in the world than these people have, and they have taken almost a decade to make this technology work.
Going from Bitcoin, where you just have transactions on the blockchain, to being able to put entire websites, applications, and AI all on the blockchain has taken thousands of person years of research to make happen. And they are only four years into a 20-year roadmap. So to me, the most valuable thing you could do with your time right now is to learn about the Internet Computer Protocol.
Why I believe the price is suppressed
If you start looking at the price chart, which is the first thing many people look at, you will see something jarring: this was $428 when it came out, and now it is around $5. In my view, this technology is so good that it threatens to ruin the rest of crypto. The combined value of crypto today is about $2.6 trillion, and this technology threatens to make everything else in crypto absolutely useless and irrelevant by comparison. It threatens to wipe out the need for things like crypto exchanges, which are an absolutely huge business, and it threatens to change the entire way the internet is built.
From what I see, this technology is being suppressed in terms of price to keep it down. The crypto masses are being sold all this Kool-Aid to drink on all these junk coins, because they are being ripped off and having value extracted from them. This is why I am making more of my videos for crypto beginners. If you are a crypto beginner, you do not even know about all this mess yet. You might just have an idea that crypto is scummy and nasty, which it is. But there is real tech in crypto. There is real innovation. This is it. There are some projects on ICP I like as well, but this is what you really need to know about.
I have spent years researching this technology, and I have spent years using all the other tech in crypto.
Why I think this is the easiest way to make money online
Before any of this, I spent years and years testing nearly every way to make money online I could find. What I learned is that the absolute easiest way to make money is to find world-changing technology while it's drastically undervalued, before almost anybody knows about it, and then to watch whether everything else in the world seems to be lining up to bring it into fruition. I don't want to drag this out, but it needed to be long enough to give you an accurate picture rather than a quick pitch.
If you're thinking about buying some Internet Computer Protocol, my honest suggestion is to use the technology first. You can't really do that with anything else in crypto. I don't have to run WordPress updates. I don't have to pay a monthly hosting fee. When you visit my website, I simply pay the actual cost of computation, which in my experience is so much more scalable than anything else out there.
Try the technology for free before you buy anything
You can try the tech for free. Create an Internet Identity, sign up completely for free, and use my OpenChat. You can come right into my OpenChat, reply on any of my posts, and use the technology yourself at no cost. And once you've used it yourself for free and researched it further, then it might make sense to buy some. That order matters to me: experience first, conviction second, purchase last.
I've come to believe this could be the investment of a lifetime. I hesitate a lot to say that, because I've seen so much in crypto that turned out to be rug pulls, scams, and lies. And yet, after all my research over eleven years in crypto, years and years of looking for the best investment and never finding anything I was happy with for very long, I finally landed on this. It's worth learning about. It's worth taking the time to study.
I've listened to all the Internet Computer critics. I've listened to every criticism you can imagine. I sit right in the middle of the community, hearing the good, the bad, and the ugly. I even have all kinds of people who pay to talk with me one-on-one about it. And I'm telling you, in my view there is no technology, no investment in the entire world right now, that's this exciting. Learning about this is the one thing that could, in my experience, drastically transform your entire financial life. So I'd encourage you to learn about it and to spend a little time studying it every single day.
Keep learning, and ask me anything
I make a video most days that I hope will be helpful, and I've already made a lot of them. I share my actual portfolio, I compare it to Bitcoin, and I talk about the things happening in crypto and try to put them in a bigger perspective. I'm also going to do a lot more beginner videos to cover the basic things you might want to know. If you'd like to go deeper, you can work through my ICP Crypto playlist and follow the story from the ground up.
If you're a friend or family member, you can just text me back with any questions, and I may even make videos to answer them. If we're not on a texting basis, you can still come ask me questions totally for free in my VIP OpenChat, which costs one ICP to access. You could try buying just one ICP for about five bucks, pay for it, and see how this whole thing works firsthand. To me, that small, hands-on experiment tells you far more than any amount of reading ever could.
