Finally Overcoming My Biggest Challenge Online
My friends, my biggest challenge, I've just finally got it. Over the last year, I've been struggling with figuring out how do I share and create in a way that is valuable and appreciated by you? How do I give you what you want? And how do I give the other people like you what they want? I'm done messing around. I'm going into championship mode, and I'm showing you exactly what that looks like. Five total YouTube channels, four of them new, and then I'm just doing these YouTube channels. I don't need to be messing around, reading comments and tweeting stuff on Twitter. I don't need to be on Facebook trying to post. I'll just automatically share all my videos to Facebook and Twitter. For those of you that care and are there, YouTube is the only spot that is worth my time as a creator.
YouTube is where this is my main channel. People spent 2,000 hours watching videos, even on what I consider a nearly dead YouTube channel. People still spent 2,000 hours there of their time. And on this new crypto channel, 5,000 hours, which is blowing up, which has just got monetized, which is on its way to 500 or 1,000 a month in ad revenue. My gaming channel is up to 163 watch hours in the last 28 days, just uploading old streams. I've got some new ideas for this channel, and my business channel, and my recovery channels. This is where my time's appreciated.
Cutting Everything That Doesn't Pay Back
So this means I'm cutting everything else. No more hanging out on Facebook. No more hanging out on Twitter. No more hanging out on Twitch either. Twitch sucks for both of us. Is it realistic that I go live for three hours and I expect you to drop everything you're doing and come hang out the whole time, and I get disappointed if you don't throw money at me in the process? In the same time that I could do a three-hour live stream, I've got some ideas for how I can crank out five, 10, maybe even 15 gaming videos in the same amount of time and just put one of those out each day. If you love what I create, putting videos out for you is a much more effective format than live streaming.
And I deleted my old Discord server. I'm tired of screwing around in all these free communities where there's all these different people. I'm only paying attention to one single community now, because I've learned I don't want to be all in on YouTube completely. So I'm putting in 90 percent on YouTube. What I've noticed online is I've been taking in a lot of junk. I've been reading a bunch of stuff I don't need to read, getting into conversations I don't need to be in, and I'm not getting anything out of it. And I'm not giving anything valuable either.
So I'm aiming to make five videos a day on YouTube, just put a video up on each of my channels. And if you want me to see what you have to say, and if you're struggling with financial insecurity, the best way to get in front of me and get lasting change is to join my community. I've built it to provide that lasting change, because that's what I need too. And just like AA, I go to a group of people and we all help each other, and everybody comes out ahead. If you want to be in the room where I'm actually paying attention, come join the Jerry Banfield Family.
That's all I'm doing now. I'm on YouTube, and I'm pointing people to the one community where we can actually work together. Anything besides that, I don't need to be doing. And what I really am happy about is these channels give me the ability to do anything. This is now like my vlog channel, my throwaway channel. This is my crypto investing channel. This is my gaming channel. I do my recovery videos, and then I do business tutorials. And I don't need to do anything besides this. No TikToks, no Instagram posts, none of that. And I'm not asking you to follow me on any of those dumb websites anymore that don't pay anything and that don't provide any lasting value.
Doing the One Thing I'm Actually Great At
I've tried so much online. And YouTube seems to be the number one place I can create for me uniquely. It seems to be the absolute best use of my time. So I'm not doing anything but YouTube and my community from now on. I'm done sucking. I'm done doing my business halfway. I'm done acting like a bum online. I'm done showing up just to play games trying to get people to give me money. No. I know exactly what works really well online, because on YouTube, I've made a lot of money off of being on YouTube. I love creating videos. I'm really good at creating videos. I can create a lot of videos fast. And I'm gonna dominate every single one of these channels.
I'm gonna crank out awesome gaming videos, awesome recovery videos, awesome business videos, and awesome crypto videos consistently. And awesome if you like real, if you like raw, if you like minimal or no editing. I've actually been trying a bit too hard on my crypto channel sometimes. Sometimes I just need to hit record, talk, and upload. Don't try so hard. Just show up and be real, share your thoughts, and upload that. This is just now vlog updates. And I hope that you guys have a great day, and I hope this gives you what you want.
Because if you miss my live streams, you miss that live feedback. I'm tired of screwing around with all these people in bad moods online, all these random people I don't know, all these people who have nothing invested in me. I don't even know how they got there in the first place. And I'm tired of asking you to sort through hours of my content and try to figure out where you might invest your time. If you like my gaming but you don't want any of this other crap, it's easy, you got one channel now. If you just want my business and my recovery, you don't have to have the crypto and the gaming stuff. If you want to go deeper on any of the business side of this, I've pulled the best of it together in my YouTube Coaching playlist.
I love it. So thank you for your love and support. And if you want to network with me and get to know me better, this is the best time ever to hang out with me and the rest of the people who are all in on this. I think it's time to hit off now.
