I'm very grateful for the first coin sponsor on my new Jerry Banfield Crypto Reviews channel. MaxFi technically was the first sponsor, but they're an entire trading platform. Pippa Inu today is the first coin that has sponsored my Crypto Reviews channel. They gave me $250 worth of USDC, and I bought 100 USDC of their coin. This is a $6,000 meme coin right now, on the Pons launchpad at ponsfamily.com, where the listing at https://ponsfamily.com/launchpad/0xbcbfc8ffb6a55ee936bc552e70e9ef47141023b9 shows it was launched by SmoothCitronMarlin on September 14, 2026, about a month ago. So this is plainly a sponsored review, and I want to be totally transparent about how I invest in crypto before I say anything about the coin.
My two-part investing philosophy
I have a basic philosophy with two different parts. First, most of my money is in Internet Computer Protocol, because to me ICP is the lowest risk with huge potential rewards. Nothing is guaranteed, and this is not financial advice. To me, ICP is the realest thing in crypto, which is why I keep coming back to it, as I shared in I Can't Stop Marketing ICP (Even If I Want To). Second, with the rest of my money, I have two meme coins of my own. If I'm in anybody else's meme coin, what I'm looking for is a lottery ticket. I'm looking for whether I could turn $100 into thousands and maybe tens of thousands.
So the way I look at Pippa Inu is that it's a lottery ticket. Most of the time you're not going to win with lottery tickets. But as small as this is, the team getting out and sponsoring me at this point is something I'm certainly very grateful for, and if I was watching, I would take that as a good sign. With meme coins, who has heard of a coin with a $6,000 market cap dropping 250 USDC to put it out in front of someone like me? Most meme coins don't take off because they don't do a good job paying for marketing. I think it's awesome to have a coin that is only about 10 percent along the bonding curve and is already out there paying for marketing.
Giveaways and a marketing budget
They've talked in some of their other posts about what they're working on, and I have their X account, https://x.com/PippaInuPIP, up as I write this. They have lots of giveaways they are working on through their X posts, and it says they have $10,000 to give away to a minimum of 500 people. So it seems, given they sponsored me with USDC and they emailed me at jerrybanfield.com/review, and they are spending money to do marketing, and for a meme coin that's that tiny of a market cap, I get excited about that.
I could have just done this video and, with all the debt I have, put the whole $250 in my bank account. Instead, I bought $100 of the coin, and I can afford to lose it if it doesn't work out. I believe in being very real about meme coins: most of them don't work out, which is the same thing I said in Shiba Inu (SHIB) Review: Why I Think It's Going to Zero. But if you can find one that does work out, it's a lottery ticket that pays, and that's awesome.
The website, the holders and the setup
Their website is at pippainu.com. It's a nice, clean, good-looking website. It's super early. There are only 47 holders, and the holder list looks good to me. If you look at the holders, I'm the second biggest holder on there, after Fleet Beige Links. Then there's the bonding curve, and then there's another liquidity pool. That looks like a nice setup to me. If you scroll down the website, it's pretty straightforward. It's one of many meme coins on Robinhood, but it's one of the very few meme coins on Robinhood that actually has a marketing budget, and you know how big I am on marketing.
They have a zero percent tax. Liquidity is launched. DEX Screener doesn't show any flags. Robinhood Chain only went live in July, which I talked about in Robinhood Chain Changed How I See the Future of Crypto, and they came out with the coin in September. They've been starting small and working their way up, and now, about a month later, I'm in on this. I'm always looking for the next Pepe, the next tiny coin that could have huge potential, even though I was blunt about where I think the original ends up in PEPE Crypto Review: Why I Think This Meme Coin Is Going to Zero. I think the ones with that potential are the ones that are going to invest in marketing, because your coin is not going to go up without marketing.
Looking further down the page, it looks like we're in phase two of their roadmap: website, pack numbers, the first thousand holders, and DEX Screener listings, which are in progress. They've even started on the next phase, getting collabs across Robinhood Chain, which is me. I imagine they found me because I'm one of the few people covering Robinhood meme coins consistently, going back to posts like CASHCAT Robinhood Meme Coin vs JERRY. This is obviously not an investment I'm telling you to make, and I should be getting a permanent holder number of around 47 or so.
On the Robinhood Blockscout explorer, you can see there have been about a thousand transfers, you can see the contract, and you can add the token to MetaMask. For full transparency, I'll share what's in my own MetaMask: right now I've got 17.48 million PIP sitting in my wallet.
Why I don't plan to sell
I wouldn't consider selling any of it unless I had thousands of dollars of it, at which point I might pull out a hundred so I have my initial investment back, or I might pull out a couple of hundred. But if I'm in on a project early like this, the biggest thing to me is getting in there for the long term. Most meme coins are not long term, but the meme coins that work can wildly exceed any expectations. For example, with the JBBJ meme coin I launched, somebody put a couple hundred dollars into it when it launched, and now they've got twenty-some thousand dollars just sitting there. I've done that before myself: I bought a coin for $300, and a year later I sold it for $15,000. I'm following Pippa Inu with my crypto X account now, and what's really special is to find something tiny and see it go up. There are no guarantees this goes up, just like anything else in crypto, but I like what I'm seeing so far. I'm very grateful for the sponsorship, and I plan to shout them out in a couple of other videos too.
My tiny meme coin portfolio
I have a very tiny meme coin portfolio, which includes just my two meme coins and now this one. I literally don't have any other meme coins, as I showed in my MetaMask before. Maybe there's some tiny thing in there that I got from referring people on MaxFi. But what I hold is about $2,300 of my own meme coin JERRY, which I built up the way I described in I Sold 1,000 ICP for JERRY on Robinhood, then $100 in PIP, a couple thousand in JBBJ, and then 10,000 ICP.
I hope that with a sponsored video like this, I'm able to be fully transparent with you as the viewer and also do my job. My job, for 250 USDC, is to make a video that talks about what's real, what's here, what's happening with the coin today, and the bigger picture as it relates to crypto, meme coins and investing. Obviously, I haven't put anything into this that I can't afford to lose. I literally took under half of what they gave me and put $100 in. If that goes to zero, so be it. With only a $6,000 market cap, it's a fragile position: if the top holder dumps everything, I might be down to $20 or $30. But if a few people come through and buy a few thousand dollars of this, I could be up to several hundred dollars. This is not even a micro cap. This is a nano cap. It's so close to zero market cap that it barely exists, and I like the nano cap coins. That's the same lottery-ticket thinking I laid out in JERRY is the Harry Potter of Meme Coins on Robinhood.
Sponsor a crypto review
I value your feedback, although I'm not sure how you can give it to me, because I try not to read comments. But if you want me to review a coin for you and you want to sponsor a coin on my channel, I'm testing out how I can do the most honest, transparent sponsored videos: here's some attention for your project, while at the same time I'm considering each of my viewers. I make videos caring about my viewers, and every review I've done is collected in my Crypto Reviews playlist. So if you want to sponsor a crypto review, that's at jerrybanfield.com/sponsor-crypto. You can see everything is transparently there. You can email review@jerrybanfield.com. Thanks for reading. You can pay in crypto right there, and I'm interested to see where this goes.
