JERRY is my own meme coin on Robinhood Chain, Robinhood's Layer 2, and this page keeps everything I have said about it, newest first. Right now I hold 48 million JERRY, about 4.8% of the supply, worth roughly $2,300, and I buy more every time I make money. The coin sits at about $46K fully diluted value, but around $40,000 of that is liquidity: a pile of JERRY, about $11,000 in the pooled ETH pair, and another $1,400 or so in the wrapped ETH pool. I provide that liquidity on MaxFi, the platform I refer everyone to and the team that stood behind this coin when nobody else did. The newest update, JERRY: The Most Interesting Meme Coin on Robinhood's L2, is my full case for why I think it is the most interesting meme coin on Robinhood today, and of course I think that because my face is on it.
The part I am proudest of is that JERRY already does something almost no meme coin does: you can spend it with me. Anything in my store is 10% off when you pay in JERRY at checkout, whether that is a one-hour call, a personal video, a signed book, a game, a founder shirt, or five days with me in person. My website has done over $7,000 in sales since the new store launched, including $1,700 in one recent week, so the demand is real even though nobody has paid in JERRY yet. The biggest holders can cash out by buying something from me instead of selling into the pool. If you want my honest take on your own project, channel, or coin, you can book a personal video review and pay the same way.
I am locked into this coin whether I like it or not. I launched it, I got hacked the same day, I lost thousands of dollars, and I have kept buying it back anyway. To me there is no honorable exit other than JERRY having its day in the sun, so I will mention it for as long as I make videos, which I have been doing for 15 years. Here is the story.
I launched JERRY on Robinhood Chain in September 2026 after a year of watching my first meme coin, JBBJ on ICP, refuse to die even when I abandoned it, which I covered in Meme Coin Dynasty Launch. The MaxFi team encouraged me to launch on Robinhood because ICP is a ghost town for meme coin trading and Robinhood's Layer 2 is a far bigger pool, something I had already seen paying out in Robinhood Chain Meme Coins Are Paying Insane DeFi Yields. On launch day JERRY went from a $4,000 market cap to about $160,000 in under three hours, with hundreds of thousands of dollars in volume. I held 200 million JERRY, 20% of the supply.
Then a team of cyber criminals who had socially engineered me with a fake podcast invitation, and who already had my Google credentials, found my MetaMask launch bag and drained it while I was at the park with my son. My whole position sold at once, the chart collapsed from six figures to about $56,000, and a Discord full of people accused me of rugging my own coin. The MaxFi team took the biggest losses after me, calmed the community down, and sent me 20 million JERRY to start again. I told that story in JERRY is the Harry Potter of Meme Coins on Robinhood, where I also bought $3,000 more and explained why rugging a coin headed for millions would have made no sense for a few thousand dollars.
The recovery continued the same week. In I Sold 1,000 ICP for JERRY on Robinhood, I swapped a thousand ICP into JERRY, got back to over $4,000 of the coin and the largest single wallet at 4.7% of the supply, and laid out my strategy: ICP locked up for the long term, meme coins for the short term, and JERRY plus JBBJ mentioned in every crypto video I make. Since then the price has drifted down as some holders gave up, which is why my stake is worth less than I put in, and why I keep buying.
What has not changed is the setup: a public founder, a story people remember, deep liquidity for its size on MaxFi, a community holding the vast majority of the supply, and a real place to spend it. I compared it with other Robinhood coins in CASHCAT Robinhood Meme Coin vs JERRY, and every new video about JERRY will be added to this page. None of this is financial advice, my interest is obvious, and meme coins can go to zero. If you can handle that, read on.

JERRY: The Most Interesting Meme Coin on Robinhood's L2
From my video published November 4, 2026.
I think JERRY is the most interesting meme coin you are going to find on Robinhood today. Of course, I think that because I created this coin, and I am not giving financial advice here. However, for those of you who are meme coin hunting and trying to find altcoin gems, I have got something special for you, because I know you are tired of the usual, and this is not the usual.
If you look at the JERRY meme coin on Robinhood, in my wallet right now I am holding about $2,300 of this meme coin, 48 million JERRY, which is 4.8% of the supply. I have actually lost thousands and thousands of dollars on this meme coin, because I launched it, and then the hackers who had socially engineered me got super lucky. I did not realize they had my Google credentials, and they got into my MetaMask because of that. Then they drained my MetaMask right when I launched the coin. So the coin went up to hundreds of thousands in market cap and dumped. But now it has become like Harry Potter, as I shared in JERRY is the Harry Potter of Meme Coins on Robinhood. What is amazing is that it is still balling like Tupac till the day it dies. It has about $46K fully diluted value, but $40,000 of that is sitting in liquidity. There is a bunch of JERRY just sitting in liquidity right now, and there is $11,000 in the pooled ETH pair just sitting there in liquidity as well. Then there is the wrapped ETH pool, with another $1,400 in liquidity on that one.
What is unusual about this especially is that it is my coin and it is my face on it. I have millions of views on YouTube this year and hundreds of thousands of impressions on X this year, and this is a coin I end up mentioning quite a bit. I often just throw it out casually, but today I am doing a whole write-up about it.
Pay in JERRY and get 10% off
What is cool is that I have my website set up for this. If, for example, you want a Video For You, just a little personal video from me, you buy that and then you can pay directly in JERRY. And this is not even a good shill for JERRY; I am just being real about JERRY. What is cool is that if you click JERRY at checkout, anybody who pays on my website gets 10% off. The functionality I have built so that you can pay with all these different currencies is incredible, and JERRY gives you 10% off. Then if you are thinking, oh, well, nobody is spending money on your website, I have done $7,000 in sales on my website in the few months since I launched it. When I look at the last week alone, it is $1,700 in sales on my website. Now, no one has paid with JERRY yet. But I have stuff that is expensive on there, and anything is possible. I just sold a signed book today. I have all kinds of stuff people can buy. And if you start looking at my accounts, you will see that there are a lot of people who follow me.
JERRY is my newest meme coin. I have an older meme coin that has refused to die, and I continue to hold on to that one as well. That is JBBJ, but that is on ICP, and it is a real small niche coin. If you look at my YouTube, people have spent 8,000 watch hours just on one channel alone, which has 1,900 subscribers, and that is a channel I just made this year. It is a brand new seven-month-old channel. If it were a baby, it would still be a toddler. Then I have another Crypto Reviews channel that this video is going on. I have an audience, and I have a community of very enthusiastic Jerry Banfield people.
Why my own coin is the one I talk about
Now, I have been kind of unsure what kind of content I would want to do on that channel, because in my view all of crypto is just garbage except for ICP, as I explained in Crypto Market Caps Are a Distraction. Only ICP Is Real. And if I am going to talk about some coin that is just a meme coin, I am going to talk about my own meme coin. I am not talking about anybody else's meme coin. I am going to talk about my coin and provide liquidity. I am on MaxFi, and I refer people to MaxFi, where I provide liquidity. The first day this coin came out, the earnings were insane, like 8,000%, the kind of yields I covered in Robinhood Chain Meme Coins Are Paying Insane DeFi Yields. But then I got hacked and it sold off, because the hackers were not going to wait and see if they could get more. They are idiots. They are dummies. If they had held on to that, they could probably have done a lot better. This was printing the day it came out. And I have lost thousands and thousands of dollars on this meme coin right now, and I am still going at it. I am still not giving up. I am still talking about it all the time. I have an X account with thousands of followers where I talk ICP, games and crypto reviews, and this video is going on there too.
JERRY versus the average meme coin
So let's compare. I asked Gemini to compare my meme coin with some of these other coins, JERRY versus the average meme coin. The average meme coin has anonymous developers, launched by faceless wallets that can rug at any time. Whereas I am very public and I am out here. Then there is the origin story: the fact that this coin has not gone to zero after I got hacked because of the fake podcast invitation that socially engineered me. I did not realize how they had gotten into my computer for a few days until they knocked out my MetaMask wallet. Then I realized they had gotten my Google account. I am lucky they were too stupid to go for my YouTube accounts, because they had their eyes on the crypto, so they were not thinking about my YouTube accounts. They tried to get my ICP and failed. I guess they were screwing around so hard trying to get my ICP, and then they just got lucky that I launched this meme coin. They suddenly checked the MetaMask wallet, and there was hardly anything left in it. Yeah, whoops. That was my bad.
So it is amazing, because most meme coins have nothing but one pump and one dump, and that is it. But my meme coin is still balling, and a special thank you to the MaxFi team for that, because they bought a lot of the coin when it launched. They took some of the worst losses. They have sponsored my channel, and they are the best place I see in crypto to provide liquidity. They also calmed down the whole Discord server that said I fake hacked it. I am not going to lie to you, people were saying Jerry fake hacked the coin, we want our money back. It is like, bro, the coin was on its way to millions of dollars in fully diluted value. I was on my way to being a millionaire and getting this as one of the top Robinhood Layer 2 coins. Once you hit that launch and you hit those hundreds of thousands in volume, everybody starts talking about the coin organically. JERRY was on its way, within the first week or two of launch, to hitting millions and millions in market cap. I am pretty smart. I am not a dummy who would rug my own coin and then say it was hacked for a few thousand dollars when I could have been a millionaire off of holding 20% of the supply of a coin that was on its way to millions of dollars in market cap.
So the MaxFi team standing behind the coin and putting the liquidity out is what is turning this into the coin that lived. It is a coin unlike almost anything else you are going to find. And the AI said this has real-world utility. Nobody has used it yet, but yes, I would love at some point for somebody to pay for something on my website with JERRY. What is nice for the top holders who already have JERRY is that they can cash out just by scheduling a call with me or buying services from me. On a one-on-one call, people holding JERRY can just pay, get nine bucks off, and talk with me, and they do not even have to sell their coins. So for anybody who is already following me, it is a perfect setup. It is a perfect setup because if you already love me, then you can use the coin to pay for things I do, like calls, and you get a discount.
Locked in, whether I like it or not
I only have about 5% of the supply now, because that is all I have been able to buy back after losing the $5,000 I put in that turned into $20,000, which the hackers then stole. Then I put thousands more in, as I shared in I Sold 1,000 ICP for JERRY on Robinhood, and that went down thousands more dollars as some of the holders gave up and saw there was no liquidity. But what is amazing is that this coin is still alive. I am still out here to shill it every day. I have thousands and thousands of people watching my videos every day and seeing my posts on X. I am still out here. At this point, I am locked into this coin whether I like it or not. I cannot quit on this coin at this point, because there is an amazing story in it being the coin that lived. And clearly, looking at my MetaMask, I have $2,000 sitting in there. I do not care about $2,000. That is not enough money for me to even get excited. I want $200,000. That is what I want.
When you look at the long term, I have been a creator for 15 years. Most meme coins have no long-term viability and no utility. Most meme coins are just mercenary holders who will dump the coin at the drop of a hat. I have seen that in the other meme coin I launched. I launched a meme coin on ICP, but ICP is a very small ecosystem, which is why I launched a coin on Robinhood, to get into the broader crypto ecosystem, because ICP is so small that most people do not even know about it. My JBBJ meme coin on ICP hit hundreds of thousands in market cap. I abandoned the coin for a while because people were toxic, like, oh, you are shilling meme coins. So I quit creating content for a while, and the coin still did not die. So then I bought back in, and I have 5% of the supply on that coin. I have learned the hard way that once you create a meme coin, you might as well stick with it indefinitely and just talk about it all the time. That coin has 3,000 holders on it and 120,000 transactions.
This is where the rest of the ICP ecosystem has gotten devastated. Meanwhile, the Robinhood Layer 2 is a much bigger pool, which is why I created JERRY there, and the MaxFi team encouraged me: come create a meme coin on Robinhood. ICP is a ghost town in terms of meme coin trading. Now, in terms of the blockchain, my website is hosted on ICP. So I have already been through all the ups and downs. I know that with meme coins, almost everybody rugs their meme coin; in my view even politicians have rugged their meme coins.
Ten years from now, JERRY in 10,000 videos
But for me, imagine ten years from now, when I have mentioned JERRY in 10,000 videos. That is where the real opportunity is for me as the creator. I have tried so many different things. So at this point, I am stuck with these coins no matter how I feel about them, because I want everybody in the coin to make money. So I try to buy back more and more of the coin. Every time I make money, I try to buy back and stack more of it up myself. And at this point, I do not have any of what was originally launched in either coin. I launched JBBJ as a community coin, as I shared in Meme Coin Dynasty Launch. I only had about 2% of the supply when it launched. I sold that and let the community take it for a year, and it still survived. Now I have 5%, which I bought back. Same thing with JERRY.
So to me, the market cap does not match what is behind the coin. If you look at similar market caps, most of the time you would figure a $47K market cap coin on Robinhood should have one or two people behind it. That is what most of the coins at $47K look like, versus me and the energy and all the people behind me who follow me. I would expect this to have a much larger market cap. And I am just going to talk about it endlessly, because I am holding thousands of dollars of it. At this point, it is either admit your own coin was a total failure, get out for what, a few thousand dollars, and give up, screw that, or endlessly persist until it is a success. Success to me would be millions of dollars in market cap. Endlessly persist, and then you have a success story. So it is basically the sunk cost fallacy for me at this point. I might as well keep throwing more energy and time after this, because there is just no other honorable exit for me than this coin having its day in the sun. That is why I think JERRY is the absolute most interesting meme coin.
Influencers, other meme coins and the whole brand
I do have some people who cover meme coins, like Joe Parys and Superman Crypto, who follow me. They know this is my meme coin. I have talked with both of them about my meme coin at various points. They have not covered it yet, but who knows? They are aware of it. Superman has his own meme coin too, and his is about ten times the market cap mine is, the kind of side-by-side I did in CASHCAT Robinhood Meme Coin vs JERRY. Joe has not launched a meme coin because of the exact crap I have been through. And I am certainly willing to pay influencers to show my coin too, because I am building an entire brand. I have shirts on my website. I have games. I have music. So the more money I make, the more I want to pay people from every angle to show my stuff. That is the opposite of the paid shilling I confessed to in Crypto Hype Confessions, because this time it is my own coin that I stand behind. If somebody finds my meme coin and then goes to jerrybanfield.com and schedules a call with me or buys one of my founder shirts, where you can have your name or your meme coin or whatever you want that is appropriate on my shirt, that is the whole brand working together.
I have games. I make little personal videos. I have shirts like the one I was wearing, where there are only two of these front-and-back glitter bling dot prints. I have books and video courses. You can even spend five days with me in real life. Imagine somebody paying in JERRY for that; the 10% discount would be meaningful, around $750 off to pay with JERRY. And I am putting a whole bunch more stuff on my website. I have all these different channels and two X accounts. I am doing everything I can to build my own personal brand. I have been working on it for 15 years, and I think it is going pretty well, if you remember the sales I just shared from the last week, plus others I have made that are not reflected there either.
Married to two meme coins
That to me is why I love JERRY. I am sticking with JERRY indefinitely, and I do not have any plans to launch any more meme coins either, because I am already married to two meme coins, and that is enough. That is like having two wives at this point, and I am divorced once and working on a second wife. Sometimes I think I should have just kept the first one. I have got two meme coins, so yeah, I am good. If ICP blows up, my meme coin goes with it. If Robinhood keeps being a thing and gets as big as it is going to get, which is what I laid out in Robinhood Chain Changed How I See the Future of Crypto, my meme coin is in position.
So obviously none of this was financial advice. I showed my wallet. I showed the amount of my coin that I hold. My interest is clear, and my value proposition is clear. At the end of the day, though, the community holds the vast majority of this coin, and I am interested to see what happens. It is not really up to me what happens with the coin. I will keep talking about JERRY no matter what, but it is up to you all to see what happens. And if you are looking for a meme coin gem, here is one possibility. You can find every one of my coin reviews, including each update on JERRY, in my Crypto Reviews playlist.
JERRY is the Harry Potter of Meme Coins on Robinhood
From my video published September 27, 2026.
My JERRY meme coin has the best story, and I think it is the best opportunity right now out of any Robinhood meme coin. I will explain exactly why here. This is not financial advice, and this is obviously my own coin, and yet what is unique about it is what happened after launch. When I launched JERRY, it went from a $4,000 market cap to about $160,000. Then I got socially engineered by a team of professional cyber criminals. They hacked my wallet and rugged the token. For most meme coins, you would have thought that would be the end. But no. JERRY, as the real-life Jerry and as my first Robinhood meme coin, is resilient, and the community is resilient, especially the MaxFi team, who are number one for me. I promote them, they sponsor me, and we work together. They stepped in and sent me $1,600 worth of JERRY, which is 20 million JERRY. I originally had 200 million. Then today I bought $3,000 more worth of JERRY and single-handedly pumped this token up. I intend to mention this consistently across my videos, which hundreds of thousands of people watch every month across all my channels on YouTube, X, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
The Harry Potter of meme coins
To me, meme coins on Robinhood are really hot right now, and this meme coin has turned into something like the Harry Potter of meme coins. It survived. When it was brand new, it survived a brutal attack where people tried to take me and the meme coin out together. The hackers tried to steal my ICP and to take control of my YouTube accounts. Thankfully, I acted quickly and locked them out of everything except my MetaMask wallet, which they were able to recover on their computer and drain completely. That happened because I was a silly boy who had been lazy about MetaMask. I had it on all my devices, and it was not connected to a hardware wallet. I will not make that mistake again. Let me tell you, it is an expensive way to learn.
In the meantime, I am going to be doing a lot of work, and I am going to be doing a lot with meme coins. I have looked at thousands and thousands of altcoins, and finding a meme coin with a compelling story, emotion behind it, and a community is really precious. That is uncommon, and in my opinion that is what JERRY has now. Of course that is my opinion, because I am the top holder of the coin. The liquidity providers on MaxFi hold twice as much as I do, plus the pool has another 48 percent, so this is in a nice setup right now. I am the next wallet after that, the biggest single individual wallet, with 47 million JERRY, which is 4.7 percent of the supply.
Why I would never rug my own coin
I am so proud of how the MaxFi community responded. Initially they were outraged and thought I had rugged the token, which would be insane. I want the token to be as successful as possible in the long term. It would make no sense for me to shoot myself in the foot right when it launched. I would have to be insane, and it would be illegal as well. I am going to make a report to the FBI about all the crypto that was stolen here, and that is not something you do if you did it yourself. So I had to deal with all of that, and on top of it my whole brand is built on honesty. Not only did I lose $20,000 worth of JERRY, but then I had to explain and share the whole thing with everybody. I have had all kinds of people attacking me, calling me a liar, saying this guy is in debt so he must have just rugged his own token. Yeah, because when you are $200,000 in debt, let me tell you, $20,000 does not mean anything. I want $200,000, not $20,000.
So this meme coin had an exciting launch. It has a story behind it. It has emotion. It has liquidity pools on MaxFi, and I have ten million of the tokens sitting in the MaxFi liquidity pool right now. Those are just sitting there printing money every time anybody swaps, including when I swapped today. When I swapped for my own token, I got a significant part of the fee back, which is awesome. The MaxFi team also added some fun pairs like JERRY-BONER and JERRY-HOOKER. They put some funny pairs in with JERRY so you can make great memes out of them.
Meme coins versus ICP
While I do believe in ICP, the Internet Computer Protocol, as the best long-term play, meme coins are where there is so much action. We have seen meme coins on Robinhood that are much less interesting than this, with much less substance and much less community, that have pumped into the tens and in some cases hundreds of millions of dollars, at least for a time. So I am pointing this out today, and I am going to start covering other meme coins and comparing them to mine, because now I have my own skin in the game. I will look at other meme coins and see if I can find one with a $4,000 market cap, YOLO into it, and exit at a 20x or a 100x. I would certainly do that. And the easiest way I can see to do that is to make my own coin, stand behind it, and see what happens going forward.
I am going to get this built out in the next week or two, and I plan to let you pay directly in JERRY when you schedule a call with me. I also launched a meme coin on ICP called JBBJ, to try having one out there too, but Robinhood is where the action is. JBBJ was just a test that has stuck around like a one-night stand you ended up having a baby with. JERRY is my new child with my new woman, metaphorically speaking, on MaxFi. To me this is the meme coin with excitement, and when I do a top 10 or top 20 list of meme coins in the future, this one is going to be in there, as you can imagine.
The risks and the launch numbers
So I am sharing this with all of you, and obviously meme coins are high risk. Anything could happen. This really sucked for me more than for anyone else, to have this thing rug and to get hacked. But I am still balling until the day I die, and the meme coin is still chugging along. The first day it released, it had hundreds of thousands of dollars of volume flowing through it, and it clearly stood out immediately as an outlier. Hardly anybody launches a meme coin at a $4,000 market cap and shoots it up over $100,000 in less than three hours. I am presenting this to you on the evening of September 27, 2026, and I am excited about where this is going. I intend to stick with it, talk about it consistently, and use my marketing behind it.
At the end of the day, it is still just a meme coin, and I launched it on a third-party platform, so there are lots of risks. I am going to show you how I handle that, especially assuming I can keep my crypto secure, which I never had a problem with before this in 12 years in crypto. But I am becoming such a high-profile person that I am getting targeted, so I am doing my best to secure against it. I have followed the security advice of the MaxFi team to get this coin secured properly. Because I will tell you what, after seeing $20,000 drained out of my MetaMask wallet while I was at the park with my son, coming back to find my wallet holding $75 instead of $20,000-plus, I do not ever want to experience that disbelief again. Ironically, though, to me this meme coin is stronger for the story it has. With this story, this meme coin is like Harry Potter. It has something special behind it, and I am excited to see where it goes. I will do whatever I can going forward to mention it and be excited about it.
If you cannot handle losing, stay out of meme coins
Still, keep in mind that it is a meme coin. When the coin rugged after I got hacked, people were screaming at me in Discord that they were going to take me to small claims court over $100, along with all kinds of insane things I should do to myself. You can look at the holders. Even when this went from $132,000 down to $56,000, when my entire 10 percent of the whole supply was sold at once, the MaxFi team lost thousands and thousands of dollars on it. Other people were going nuts because they put in $100 and it was down to $50. If you are going to be in meme coins, you need to be able to handle the ups and downs. You need to be able to handle losing your position in any meme coin. It is a risk putting my face on a specific meme coin, but that is also an asset, because how many other meme coins have somebody who actually stands up and says, I launched this, this is my coin, and I am going to see what happens? To me, that is the kind of strength I look for in a meme coin.
At the same time, you need to be real. If you are going to trade meme coins and you are going to get upset because your meme coin went down 50 percent, you should not be trading meme coins. That is just intelligent, and it is not financial advice. If you get volatile over 50 bucks, in my experience you need to change your mindset about money and wealth. Some people got more upset about losing $50 in my meme coin, which is now coming back up after being down 50 percent in the short term, than I did losing $20,000. That is because I have an abundant mindset. I can make another $20,000. I can make another $100,000. So do not be in meme coins if you cannot handle losing.
I realize I could lose this again in one way or another. There are so many things that can happen that are totally out of my control, so this is obviously not financial advice. This is what I am doing with my money and my marketing. I appreciate all of you who are ride or die with Jerry Banfield and are in this with me, and I am excited to see where this goes and to see who else sees what I see. The MaxFi team stood behind me, and even though they took the biggest losses on this besides me, they helped me out and have done everything they can to bring it back. If that does not tell you something about the people, the platform, and the whole ecosystem, I do not know what will. That is a dream come true for me in a meme coin, and it is extremely rare to find. You can follow more of my crypto coverage on my Money playlist.
I hope you enjoyed the info. Join MaxFi using my referral link and you will see the exact links to the meme coins. JERRY and JBBJ are linked directly there, so you get the correct meme coin and do not get ripped off buying some other Jerry coin on Robinhood.
I Sold 1,000 ICP for JERRY on Robinhood
From my video published September 27, 2026.
I just swapped a thousand of my ICP over to JERRY on Robinhood. I now have over $4,000 of my JERRY meme coin on Robinhood, and this is my new strategy for crypto, especially after seeing the lack of marketing, looking at the bigger crypto environment, and honoring myself as a content creator.
My new strategy with crypto is this: ICP is what I'm all in on for the long term. In the short term, though, I don't even see the point in holding liquid ICP anymore. Right now I've got 10,000 in ICP, and 99% of it is locked. Actually, since there's maturity of 700 in there, it could be more if I sold the whole account. But going forward, ICP is a long-term investment for me. None of this is financial advice. This is just, transparently, what I'm doing with my own money.
Why I don't hold liquid ICP anymore
I don't see the point in holding liquid or short-term ICP anymore, because when you watch things like NEAR go blasting past ICP, it's because NEAR has financial engineering to pull it up. It has no technology and hardly any adoption that I can see that would merit it pumping more than ICP. But these other coins have to pump more than ICP, because otherwise people are going to figure out what's going on in crypto. The downside of this is that Internet Computer Protocol, to me, is purely a long play. And I want most of my money in a long-term play where I'm not paying attention to the Internet Computer Protocol price on a day-to-day basis. Day to day, it doesn't matter whether Internet Computer Protocol is at 2, 5, 10, or 20. It doesn't matter, because this is a long-term investment.
I don't think most people in crypto should do anything more than invest long term. But I'm not most people in crypto. I'm advanced. I've been in this for a long time. I'm not a crypto beginner. And the advanced side of crypto is making money in meme coins.
The comeback story behind JERRY
Yes, I got hacked. A team of hackers ripped me off and stole from my meme coin right when I launched it. But this meme coin now has an epic comeback story that's possible behind it. The market cap surged to about $160,000 on the day I launched it, and when I got hacked, it tanked way down. And the MaxFi team are the ones sponsoring me. They're the ones that have paid me $3,000 to talk about MaxFi while DFINITY is giving me nothing, every time. Not only have they given me over $3,000, including the sponsored video and then paying me to help them with marketing, but they also sent me $1,600 worth of JERRY, 20 million JERRY, when I got hacked and my token got rugged.
So the way I see it, Internet Computer Protocol makes perfect sense as a long-term play. But in the short term, meme coins are the things that can just go up and go nuts all of a sudden, like my meme coin on Robinhood. And some of the people in ICP are so upset about this. Look, if you're upset, you should be upset at DFINITY for not taking care of me. I wouldn't have any interest in playing around with Robinhood meme coins if DFINITY would give me what is appropriate for my work. But I am going to go play around with Robinhood meme coins and launch my own.
It's crazy that some people are celebrating that I got hacked and somebody stole $20,000 from me. The MaxFi team took the biggest hit on it. And the MaxFi team has shown me there's a lot more to crypto than Internet Computer Protocol. Yes, ICP makes sense to take a decent bag and lock it up. But if you'll notice, I've now got the largest single bag in my meme coin again. I had 20% of it before, and now I've got 4.7%, and I have over 5% if I pulled it out of the MaxFi pool. There's tons of liquidity in it that the MaxFi team has put a bunch into, and the community has too, so it can handle a lot of swap volume, which will stop it from going down as hard.
I appreciate the MaxFi team's generosity. It's the opposite attitude from DFINITY. I do a huge amount of work for DFINITY and I get nothing. I do a little bit of work for the MaxFi team, and they love me, they support me, and they help me when I'm down. So to me, this is what makes sense for the foreseeable future.
Robinhood meme coins and what's in position
There's a ton of action on these Robinhood meme coins. Some of these Robinhood meme coins, with much less story and much less promotion than someone like me has, went into the hundreds of millions of dollars in market cap. And my coin has everything in position for amazing things to happen. It has a story behind it. I'm excited to see where this goes, because to me, we're getting through the worst part of it. I mean, literally getting the meme coin stolen and dumped. We made it through the hard part already. I'm going to offer a discount to people once I get this built in, and I'm going to build JBBJ in first. So I'm also back into JBBJ.
Two basic ways to do crypto
If you're in crypto, there are two basic ways to do it. One is to just find the best long-term investment and relax. ICP seems to fit that criteria: the best long-term investment, and then just relax. Stay off of crypto Twitter and off of YouTube. You don't need to watch videos every day about ICP, because the tech is not going anywhere on a day-to-day basis. That's one way, and to me that would ideally be the way for most people to do crypto: find Internet Computer Protocol, sit in it, lock it up, and not worry about it.
But there's going to be a minority of people, 10, 20, 30 percent, for whom it does make sense to go and look for the very best opportunities in crypto. From what I see, tiny meme coins that have huge potential, because of the community, whatever the name is, and so on, are where the action and the opportunities are in crypto. So I also bought into JBBJ again. And if anybody wants to sell their JBBJ, I'll buy it from you. I've got one of the largest JBBJ wallets again. I think the one with 30 million in it is mine, so I have 3% of the JBBJ supply, and I'm trying to buy another 3% of it also.
It's funny to watch some of the same people who launched their own meme coins on ICP, and potentially even rug pulled people on those coins, celebrating me getting hacked and saying I deserved it. Some of them have been selling their coins. It's like, well, did everybody deserve for you to rug them and take a bunch of money from them? And then I'm out here trying to do my thing and stand behind something in the long term, and this is the thanks I get. It's crazy.
The two tokens I'll mention in every crypto video
What I've seen is that if I'm going to talk about a token all the time, it should be a token where I have a bunch of the supply and it's a tiny market cap. It should not be a token that has hundreds of millions, if not billions, of dollars in market cap, like ICP, where I've got fractions and fractions of a percent. So from now on, the two tokens I'll mention in every single one of my crypto videos will be JERRY on Robinhood and JBBJ on Internet Computer Protocol. Maybe I'll have a page like /memes or something. I'll get those linked on my website, the swaps and the explorers and things like that. I'll put it all on there.
Because the MaxFi team is the team that showed up when I needed help. Not DFINITY. Not anybody else in the ecosystem. Not anybody else in the rest of crypto. And to me, one of the biggest signs of who's got your back is who's there when you need help. I've seen this from having a billion impressions on all the stuff I've created online. When you're hot, when you're making lots of money, everybody shows up with their hand out. Everybody shows up with opportunities, wanting to offer you money to promote them. But when you get canceled, when you get banned, when you get demonetized, when you get hacked, the people out there talking all that junk, yeah, I know your real position now. You've shown your true colors. When I suffer misfortune, y'all are all using it as an opportunity to clout chase. And when I say that we need to do something about marketing, Pierre unfollows me and the ICP community loses it. Then who steps up? MaxFi. That's who. So we'll put this thing together.
The MaxFi protocol is just printing money like crazy for the people using it. Not everybody, of course. If you pick the wrong coins, you could get rugged. At the same time, if you pick the right coins, you can make a lot of money. So I'm grateful that this last week has shown me who's for me and who I don't need to pay attention to. If you're supporting me, I'm very interested in what you've got to say. And I'm going to help the MaxFi team bring as many people to the platform as possible.
Why liquid ICP was making me look like a fool
I am happy with my ICP locked indefinitely. But I was not happy holding thousands in liquid ICP. At the top, at $3, I would have had about $20,000 worth of liquid ICP. I lost $5,000 of that by getting hacked. Then I put thousands into JBBJ, and now I've put thousands more into JERRY. If I had just held all that ICP, that doesn't have much of a future in the short term. And when I'm sitting there with all this liquid ICP, it's tempting to check the price every day. It's tempting to get frustrated watching NEAR Protocol go up, watching XRP go up, watching some of these absolute garbage coins go up higher than ICP. It just makes me look like a fool.
Whereas, I imagine that in time, my meme coins are going to make me look like a genius. With Robinhood meme coins being so hot, the fully diluted market cap on JERRY is $86K. And with me having such a community, so many followers across so many platforms, so many videos, and knowing how to do marketing, me marketing something that has a tiny market cap like this, and like JBBJ, makes a big difference. Maybe it won't happen overnight. But JBBJ, my first ever meme coin, had a $500,000 market cap at one point. And some of the other coins in the ecosystem have much bigger market caps with only a little bit more marketing than I'm capable of doing by myself.
So I'm not going around shilling. To me, it just doesn't make sense for anybody who wants a chance at a 10, 20, or 100X to look at ICP. You're not going to get that in ICP for quite a while. You could get that in a meme coin. Hopefully, it's mine.
The math is on your side with smaller coins
I guarantee you there are other meme coins out there where you can get a 10, 20, or 100X in a relatively short amount of time. A bunch of them on Robinhood just did that fairly recently. And yes, a lot of these meme coins are going to go to zero. The difference between which ones go to zero and which ones don't is going to be who stands behind their coin. I don't like how I didn't stand behind JBBJ, because I was on this ethical kick, like, well, it's a meme coin, meme coins are bad, and I'm good. No. I'm not bad, I'm not good. I've got two meme coins now, and I intend to continue to talk about them.
Every time JBBJ moves 10%, that matters to me, because I've got 3% of the supply and I'm trying to buy another 3% or 4% of the supply. I technically do have 700 more liquid ICP. I didn't want to mention JBBJ too much before I bought more of it, but at this point, I'm in JERRY and I needed to do a video about JERRY, so I'm trying to buy more JBBJ as well. I intend to stick behind these, because these are much better opportunities for me to make money in the foreseeable future, and potentially for others. With smaller coins, the math is just on your side, as long as they're not some rug pull. JBBJ has lasted a year, all the way through me deleting everything and coming back. JERRY got hit with a hack already, and it survived. So these probably are outliers at this point. But we shall see.
My new strategy going forward
So this is my new strategy. I still love ICP. I still have my website hosted on ICP every day. But on a day-to-day basis, it's meme coins. It's meme coins on my money channel, and it's technology. And if I'm talking about ICP's technology, I'm going to mention JERRY and JBBJ as well, because that just makes sense for me financially, and it makes sense for better opportunities.
If you want to talk about how to launch your own meme coin on Robinhood, if you want to talk about building your own business on ICP like I've done, if you want to just ask me questions, if you want to talk about buying my clothes or meeting in person or anything else, or if you want to share your story with me, the one thing you can do now is schedule a call with me.
For more on how I'm building on and thinking about the Internet Computer, from hosting my website on ICP to locking up my neurons for the long term, you can find all of it in my Tech playlist.
