You only need one YouTube view a day to go full-time — starting today. If that one viewer books a $99 call, or weekly coaching at around $300/month, you can be making $3,000-9,000 a month. This is an entirely different way of thinking, and it's my opinion, not a guarantee.
Give value, don't maximize income
Almost everyone teaches what makes them the most money. I'm showing how to give the most value — and right now what's scarce is real human interaction. People don't want another course, community, or Teachable/Kajabi funnel; ChatGPT gives instant answers and the course content is usually free somewhere anyway. What they can't get is to just pay to talk to you. So the question becomes: what video can I make that reaches the one person who's ready to pull out their wallet and book a call right now?
The system
Step one: make an ultra-specific video for one person with a clear need — not "general dating tips," but something like "for divorced dads in their 40s who want more kids and work from home." Google has so much data that it puts that video in front of exactly that person, who thinks "I have to talk to this guy." Step two: build a branded website (I made jerrybanfield.com with Caffeine AI for about $30/month — secure and easy to update) whose only job is to get people to book. Step three: set up scheduling — I use Acuity Scheduling (~$16-39/month) synced to Google Calendar and Zoom, with the call priced just under $99 and weekly coaching just under $300/month.
Why it works
The YouTube algorithm is great right now at putting authentic, specific human videos in front of the exact viewers who need them, so you can start from zero — my month-old coaching channel pulled ~7,800 organic views on nine videos. One right viewer a day to 30 weekly clients is around $9,000 a month for maybe 15 hours of calls plus your content — six figures in 20-30 hours a week. Most creators don't teach this because they make more selling courses and many don't even want to connect with their audience.
