AI can make you a millionaire if you change how you think. It has never been easier to take an idea and turn it into something real, and the bottleneck almost never turns out to be the technology. It's the mindset you bring to it. I want to walk you through the actual workflow I'm running today, and the shift in thinking that had to happen first.
The workflow that runs my whole channel
I built a workflow with Claude that, combined with ChatGPT and Gemini, now handles almost everything around my videos. I film, and then I dump everything into AI. It cranks out my thumbnails, puts captions on my shorts, writes my YouTube titles, and generates all the text I need to publish. The other day I filmed ten YouTube Shorts in about fifteen minutes, because the moment the filming was done the rest was nearly instant. All I really have to do is show up, talk, and feed the raw material in.
This isn't a gimmick. There are people building entire businesses this way — using AI to spin up a website, write the ads, and handle customer service. AI is genuinely powerful right now. The catch is that the power is only available to you if you're willing to change how you think about using it.
The mindset shift came before the results
For a long time I was hesitant. I didn't want to fool around with Ubuntu and the command line on my computer. I kept thinking, I don't need to be in there, and I was half-afraid the AI was going to break something. What finally moved me wasn't the fear going away — it was thinking honestly about everything I had to gain. So I dropped $100 a month for Claude Code, installed Ubuntu, and just started.
When I didn't understand what was happening in the command line, I screenshotted it and pasted it straight into Claude. Claude probably thought I was hopeless — this guy can't even change a directory — but that's exactly the point. I didn't need to already know. I learned by doing the thing I'd been avoiding, one screenshot at a time, and the workflows I have now feel like god mode compared to where I started.
I asked three AIs how to make money — they agreed
I used AI to build out an entire website and a long-form sales page in hours, and to talk through my whole business model. Then I did something simple: I gave Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini the same input. Here's everything I'm doing, here are all my skills — where am I missing the opportunity to monetize? All three came back with the same answer. You need a community. That's where you should be focusing.
So I researched where the best place to build one was, saw what other creators were doing, and set mine up on Skool. I even asked the AI how to brand it, told it to take human psychology into account, and we landed on the Jerry Banfield Family. In the first few days, two people joined and I'd made $440 — with a sales page I'd barely finished building. If you want the longer version of how I lean on these tools for business decisions, I went deeper in paying for Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini for god-mode business advice.
Human voice, AI speed
I'm now training AI on all of my videos and automatically generating blog posts on my website in my own voice — this post is part of that same workflow. I want to be clear about where the line is: I use my own human thumbnails and my own human voice to guide everything. AI handles the administrative speed, not the substance. I film a video, drop it in a folder, and out comes the thumbnail, the text, the title ideas, the tags, and a blog post written in my exact voice on whatever I just talked about.
Why you still need a human
AI is great at giving you the basics in an instant. But at some point you need a real human being mentoring you, and you need an example to actually execute. Where I can help is the thinking. I have the out-of-the-box thinking and the willingness to blast past my own barriers to see these opportunities — and that's the part you'll have to develop too. Stop thinking in such a limited way and start asking: what do I actually need to do here? The most useful version of that question is always the same — how do I solve people's problems? If you can think like that, you're going to make a lot of money with AI. If you want to follow how I'm doing it, you can watch my newest videos in my YouTube coaching playlist here.
