Diamante Is Clearly Not the Greatest Crypto Blockchain Launch

Diamante is a one-star crypto that I took about ten minutes to research, and in that ten minutes I found something that looks blatantly fraudulent to me. If you are going to claim you are the greatest crypto blockchain of all time about to launch, that is ridiculous, and I want to walk through exactly why I came to that conclusion.

The website is the same old distraction

When you go to the Diamante website, you notice it is a pretty stereotypical website. It is focused on distracting you with moving images and just little simple ideas that are true on their own. But then where they get you is when you look into the white paper and how it actually works. It is very disappointing. It is the same old stuff that almost everybody else is doing: Amazon Web Services integration, because the blockchain itself is not capable of hardly doing any computation based on what I can see. Which means under no circumstance could this be thought of, in my view, as the greatest crypto blockchain of all time.

In fact, I would say this looks like another scam to me, where the goal is to get you to click on it and connect your wallet. Once you connect your wallet, you are participating in an airdrop, which to me makes this an absolutely horrible investment and questionable as to whether it is even trustworthy or not. I have written more about why I believe Diamante's realistic price is zero, and this is the same pattern I keep running into.

There is no team listed at all

If you look on the official website and click on the about page, there is absolutely no team listed at all. We have no idea who is working on this project. To me, that is a massive problem on its own. It is the same red flag I pointed out when I looked at the Humanity coin with a 404 team page — when nobody will put their name on the work, I do not know who I am trusting with my money.

What I can see, in the simplest terms, is that this basically looks like an Ethereum copy, or something like a Solana copy, where it has the same basic way that it is built. It is similar to Ethereum, where Ethereum can do a very tiny amount of computation on a blockchain, and then all the heavy lifting needs to be handled by something like Amazon Web Services. That is a very tiny amount of real on-chain web services. And I am tired of you all getting ripped off on these copies and fraudulent launches.

The real deal is Internet Computer Protocol

We were talking about this in open chat, where one of our members was saying, "I saw a video about the biggest blockchain ever. I was excited because I saw the infinity symbol, but they are blabbing on about the largest and most secure layer one ever." That is Internet Computer Protocol. That is the real deal. If you research Internet Computer Protocol, you can see for yourself what it is doing.

Internet Computer Protocol is the first in the world to do on-chain AI. It has a thousand-plus person years of research behind it. It is doing thousands of transactions a second, all the time. The fee burning just blew up with one single application. The network is being used a thousand times as much for doing real computation as it was when it first released. The transactions are going up, the canisters are going up. This is, by far, so much better than any other blockchain I have ever seen in my life. Any other layer one out there, I can only imagine that the reason to do a launch like Diamante's is because somebody gave you a lot of money to say it. Because from what I can see, there is absolutely nothing that leads me to think otherwise. Looking through the white paper and the website, there is nothing in there that impresses me, nothing that says this is anything more than another crypto launching to trick you. I make crypto videos like this every day, and you can watch them in my Money playlist.

Trustworthy projects have a real team

They make promises like, "We are here to democratize the digital economy." The Internet Computer is already doing that. It has reinvented the world computer. If this was trustworthy, it would have a team, like Internet Computer does with DFINITY, where you scroll way down the page and there is a senior software engineer way down at the bottom out of hundreds of people. I do not believe that depth of talent is possible to fake. There is a ton of real talent working on the Internet Computer. There is a ton of technical breakthroughs that have happened. And looking at Diamante, I see nothing. I see nothing except an effort to take money from you and to provide nothing in return except an airdrop of questionable value running on an Amazon web server.

This is already how almost everything besides the Internet Computer works. They use Amazon Web Services, and notice they do not even spell out the word Amazon, because most people would not know what AWS even means. But this means it is just using regular infrastructure, and the data is not on chain. If they are talking about infrastructure scalability, this is absolutely not the most advanced and it is not the most secure. There is no valid way you could claim this is the greatest blockchain crypto launch of all time, because everything else is already built this way. Besides ICP, all these other chains run the real computation off chain. The NFTs, for example, are hosted everywhere besides ICP — they are hosted off chain on things like Amazon. And we have already seen how fragile that whole system is. The airdrop-and-connect-your-wallet playbook is exactly the kind of thing I broke down in the Skyren presale and airdrop situation, and I am glad people keep bringing these to me inside the Jerry Banfield Family so we can pull them apart together.

My one-star verdict

So this is clearly a one-star review at this point. There is nothing here that is interesting. There is nothing here that is worth buying. I would not even trust this enough to connect my wallet to it for an airdrop.

Now, I saw one of you saying, "Just because Internet Computer has the best technology does not mean it will succeed." Of course. But if you are going to invest in crypto, it is, in my opinion, absolutely insane to invest outside of the best technology. Bitcoin was the best technology fifteen years ago for having peer-to-peer money. Ethereum was the best technology at one point for launching smart contracts and tokens. And ICP is the best technology for building everything fully on chain. Anything that has inferior features to what ICP has — you cannot, with any legitimacy, call that the greatest blockchain of all time, because it would have to be vastly superior to Internet Computer Protocol.

And Diamante is even using the infinity logo, which looks to me like it is intentionally trying to trick people who are into ICP into getting into it as well. So with Diamante, I would absolutely stay away. Under no circumstances would I touch this. This is my opinion and my experience from researching it, not financial advice — but I found this off of open chat, and I am disgusted seeing how so many of you are getting tricked and losing your money. I am here to help you every day to try and avoid that outcome.
