The Queen Video Sold for $2,000 While I Was Driving Between Two Dates

An Epic Day in Jerry Banfield History

August 30th, 2026 is going down as an epic day in Jerry Banfield history. This is my vlog, and I'm super grateful. The day after I published the video saying I was making this offer, I sold a video for $2,000. And I went out on two dates with two different women that I almost, barely, double booked. What an incredible day. I'm so excited to share this story — my real, raw, authentic life. The Jerry Banfield vlog channel is also about 10 subscribers away from full monetization at 1,000 subs. Thank you for your fantastic love and support.

The Queen Video Sold for $2,000

First, the queen video license. I'm so grateful that within 12 hours of me publishing a video saying something like, "she didn't go on a second date with me, so I'm selling the queen video for $2,000" — within like 12 or 13 hours of posting that vlog publicly, which was recorded like three days ago — someone paid using ICP to buy this video. It's an exclusive premiere license for a video I sent to the woman I called the queen. You can scroll back through my previous vlogs to see the full story about that. This was a video I sent just to her. The AI took out the 5% of the video that included things like her name and any identifiable information, so 95% of the video is intact — what was removed was meaningless to the content of the video, but it does allow her to keep her privacy. The person who bought it is only known as Jerry Fan, and I'm really grateful for the name they chose for their profile. They are now number one on the leaderboard.

What is incredible: the $2,000 came in today, $500 came in like two or three days ago, and the purchase below that came in a few days before that. I made over $3,000 in the last week, thanks to you and the people watching alongside you. I'm super grateful. I finally made enough in one week to pay my rent for a whole month, which is awesome.

I'm really grateful to whoever bought this video. It'd be really interesting if they just chose to keep it private, too. But if they want to react to it, this video has some epic roast material in it. If somebody wanted to roast the hell out of me over this video, it's worth it. If you're a Jerry fan, this is one of my most cringe videos ever.

I got the notification while I was driving from one date to another date today. I was talking to my aunt on the phone and I heard the notification sound — the same sound as when somebody goes to the Skool community and purchases, a pretty standard notification sound. I looked down at my phone real quick while I was driving — sorry — and I was like, holy shit, the queen video just sold for two grand and I got the payment in ICP. Wow. Let's go. I started hollering in the car: let's go, baby! Let's go! Hell yeah! Got the club going up on Tuesday, made at least 3,000 on the boulevard — I was like, hell yeah. Thank you. I hope whoever bought it sees this: thank you. You made my day today. Maybe my whole month.

It's not just the money. This is a hell of a story. I sent this woman a private, embarrassing video, and after that video she responded that we're not emotionally and romantically compatible, "I hope you find someone, it's not me." That was the result. Before that, I don't think that was necessarily exactly where things were going. As for the video itself: I'm not going to post it unless somebody else posts it first. I will keep it private unless whoever bought it posts it first, and then I'll do a reaction. They're going to have at least seven days where they get to have the video all to themselves. They can do whatever they want with it. Nobody else gets to have it, and they can share it all over the place if they want to. I imagine somebody in the Skool community or on Jerry Banfield chat will let me know if you see the video somewhere.

And this kind of finished things off with the queen. She's been absolutely cold since then. She asked me to send her a copy of the video, and I said I'll sit down and watch it with you in person, but at this point I'm not sending you a copy of the video so you can react to it or something like that. No — that's my video. It's not your video. It's my video.

This is the story. I told my mom about it and she asked, why would somebody pay $2,000 for a video you made? I didn't even intend to create this thing out of it, but it became this thing where I kept talking about this video, and it's so cringe. I can see how, for somebody where it's not a big deal to drop two grand on a video, this is something that's scarce — a one-of-a-kind thing. Jerry Fan is going to get to have this video all to themselves, react to it, and the world premiere of it will be on their channel instead of mine. I'm super grateful. This is fantastic validation that I am doing something special here that people really appreciate. I was thinking that I couldn't have consciously tried to come up with something that would create this kind of scenario. This was so cool.

Two Women, One Night: The Double Booking

Now for the dating. Yesterday's vlog was about how I stood around at an event and met two women. So yesterday I got two women's photos and phone numbers, and they both wanted a date with me today. I messaged a couple of people, who wish to remain anonymous, and asked for feedback. I'm super grateful that I have so many people in my life who say, "look, Jerry, if you need anything, just message me anytime, ask me, I got you" — men, women, old, young, people I've met and haven't met, in all kinds of communities. I even asked my massage therapist about this today. I asked several people, and the consensus was this: I had one woman I was meeting at 6:30, and the other one wanted to meet too — I was able to push her back to nine — but they were an hour and twenty minutes apart from each other driving, and that's with no traffic. Everyone I asked said: double book them. Go out with both of them. The first woman said she could be out for about three hours. I found her very attractive — I'd met her last night and she was my first choice, so I definitely needed to go out with her. The next woman I didn't know as well; I'd just met her quickly, but I wanted to fit her in too because she seemed very enthusiastic to go out with me and I wanted to get to know her better. The advice people gave me was: go out with the first one you're most interested in, and unfortunately you'll just have to cancel on the second one if you can't make it back in time.

I'm Done Marketing ICP for Free

So let me tell you how this went. I got up this morning — and yes, to make it interesting — I woke up at like eight, took a nice walk around the neighborhood, and then filmed a couple of videos. I filmed kind of a toxic ICP video today. Look: the work I'm doing for ICP is worth ten to forty thousand dollars a month. That's what I'd get paid from another project to shill as hard as I shill ICP, and what I'm getting instead is some ad revenue. I don't know if the queen video buyer came in from ICP, but there was the MaxFi team supporting me here, and these are definitely ICP people — some of you know some of the people I've worked with. I'm grateful the individual people in the ICP community have supported me, but it's kind of unreasonable to expect people in the ICP community to fund all my content themselves by paying me in various ways. The blockchain itself should be funding me. The blockchain itself could easily afford to pay me ten thousand dollars a month for the work I'm doing to get ICP out millions of times across all the platforms. It would be no big deal for the blockchain to print five thousand ICP a month and give it to me — me selling that all at once every month would make no difference on the ICP price. But me doing videos that get out to millions of impressions — that generally means about a hundred thousand people or so seeing my videos 10 or 20 times each — that's some serious marketing.

I asked ChatGPT what this would be worth if some other coin wanted to pay me to get these results, and it said the absolute most conservative estimate is $10,000 minimum a month, with a higher-end estimate of $40,000 to $50,000 a month. With an exchange deal, where you're copy trading and promoting and pushing an exchange, $50,000 to $100,000 a month is how much that kind of promotion goes for. So I made a video today saying, look, I'm done marketing ICP for free. If I can shill MaxFi every day and make ten grand a month, I'm going to do what I need to do to make sure my business and my life are financially sustainable. I'm not going to be moving in with my mother, struggling, not able to have overnights with my kids. I'm not going to downsize my whole lifestyle because some whiny people on the ICP blockchain don't have the business understanding — or have such closed minds about printing more tokens — to see that marketing is worth it. You're going to pay for it, or you're not going to get anything. I've done enough for free. I may keep doing some ICP videos because I use the technology and I enjoy sharing it, but I'm not going to make two videos a day pushing ICP for zero, or for ad revenue. I'm not doing that. So that was a pretty toxic video. And of course, it got a great title: ChatGPT is so good if you use the highest model with the extra thinking and dump in the transcript, the video title or metadata, and the thumbnail, then give it context on my previous videos.

ChatGPT Writes Killer Titles Now

ChatGPT is coming up with killer titles. All these vlog titles — ChatGPT comes up with them, and they're killer. I made shitty vlog titles before. Then again, I didn't have as good material before, when I was married, either. So that was a powerful video today. I filmed some other videos too — I filmed a dating video talking about how I stood around at this event for 25 minutes like a tool and then got the phone number of the woman who sat in front of me.

The First Date in Venice

So now, the dates. I saw my kids today, I went for a run today, and then I went and spent an hour and a half getting a 90-minute massage with my therapist. We have such great conversations — she makes Instagram videos with me. Then I drove immediately from there to go out with this woman. It was an hour-plus drive to meet her. It was a beautiful backdrop — we went out in Venice, just a beautiful location — and she was dressed up all pretty. I made sure to compliment her a few times right away; she loves words of affirmation, and things were off to a good start.

But the poor woman just started ranting on everybody. Backing up: we had been flirting and having nice text messages, but then she sent me this one concerning text. She said, "Whatever you're comfortable with — I don't drink alcohol and I don't kiss on a first date, just letting you know." And I sent a message back, just screwing around, like, "I'm sure I'll back away if you try and kiss me." She didn't mention that. When we met up, I told her I appreciated her being flexible, and I asked her about that message. She said, "well, I don't kiss till the second or third date." All right. So I started asking more questions, and she was being super friendly about kids at first.

The Rant Ramps Up

Then we started walking around this beautiful lake, I kept asking her questions, and somehow she started ramping up into this epic rant, just ripping on everybody. And I realized: I definitely do some of this in my videos — and yet, that's the environment where I get paid to do it. It was like the video I made on my content creator channel recently, which has gotten over a thousand views in 24 hours on Jerry Banfield For Creators — some of the best results I've seen a video on there get. I made a video saying: YouTube rewards the worst version of me; real life punishes it. On YouTube, when I get on and rant and rave and talk a bunch of trash — and when other people do the same thing — it gets rewarded. If Jerry Fan, the person who bought the queen video, decides to release it, the most probable outcome is that they're going to rip on it as hard as they can. They're going to make the most toxic title, make fun of me, talk a whole bunch of trash about me, and use the video as clickbait roast material. It'd be so interesting to see what it would look like if they didn't do that — but that's the most probable outcome, and it's the one that will probably get the most views. That's the environment to do that in. The environment NOT to do that in is on a first date. Holy shit, this poor woman — and I do have empathy, because I've been there. It's funny, though: the night before, she had been talking about people not being healed. And she's funny — she likes to talk a lot of trash and curse, and I appreciate that; I'm down with that. But on a first date?

Let me tell you what she did. She started off ranting and raving about how she was losing empathy and compassion for people. Meanwhile, I had just come from a massage — I'm out of my head, my heart's all open, I'm really feeling her — and it started to feel a little dark. I'm like, that's kind of sad that you're losing empathy and compassion for people. And I thought: I'm not going to do that. I'm trying to maximize the empathy and compassion I have for people. I know it doesn't look like it a lot of times in my dramatic videos, where I'm doing what I need to do to get paid on YouTube while trying to help each of you expand your minds — I know it doesn't look like that sometimes — but in my personal life, I am trying to maximize my empathy and my compassion for other people. She was ranting about how she's getting sick of people and all that, and I thought, all right, well, I'm not going to do that. Fine. And I just kept letting her go, and she kept ramping up more and more.

She started ripping on guys being assholes. She started celebrating how much she loves blocking guys and ghosting guys. She's like, "ghosting guys is awesome — it's just so easy, and I just ghost them all the time and block them." It'd be funny if she ghosted and blocked me, because there's no way she's hearing from me again after what I've been through. It's funny — a lot of people have roasted me on YouTube, and here I was in kind of the opposite position, thinking, holy shit, train wreck. But you know, maybe it's not somebody else's train wreck; maybe it's somebody else's person. It's really sad — I'll get to that in a minute.

So she's roasting guys about how she loves ghosting them. She tells me about all these guys she goes out with — some losers she took to the gym, some losers she did something else with — just ripping on guys over and over again. Then she starts ripping on how 10 or 20 percent of the guys are going out with most of the women, and most guys haven't even had a date. A little bit later I asked her, "what kind of guy do you think I am? You think I'm one of the guys that hasn't had a date in a while, or one of the guys that's going out with a lot of women?" She's like, "well, I don't know." I didn't tell her this, but I literally had a date with someone else right after her. I'm one of the guys going out on a lot of dates with a lot of women, and I'm not even using dating apps to do it — I'm meeting women in person. It's funny: she's ripping on these sad, ordinary men while she gets dates super easily.

The Comment That Shut Me Up

Then she rips on a few other things and people, and then she gets into this story about some teenage boys who had spilled some water at the gym and didn't want to clean it up. Sure, obviously that's rude — it'd be nice if you clean up water you spill at the gym. She was ripping on people being so entitled, and how what these boys did was so messed up, and I just couldn't believe what came next. She said: "If those were my kids, I'd have slapped the shit out of them."

When she said that — I swear, we were sitting down in beautiful scenery — I swear, if she had just not said that and instead punched me in the face, I would have been less disoriented. It was her tone, too. It had this vicious feel to it. When she said it, it was like she punched me in the face — if she'd hit me in the actual face, I think I'd have been less disoriented. What she said hit me in the heart. I was like: that is so messed up and ugly. That disgusts me. I am so loving and gentle with my kids. I play around with them — my son especially likes to roughhouse sometimes — but we're playing. I'm never hitting him to punish him, never spanking him. I'm never treating him like my dad treated me. I remember my dad spanking me, and it wasn't that bad compared to what other people got, but I lived in fear. My dad used corporal punishment on me. And this woman said her dad — her parents — did too.

I couldn't look at her without frowning. I remember kind of internally laughing at myself, because after she said this, I was speechless — which you all might find funny. Like, how in the world is this how somebody shuts Jerry Banfield up? I could hardly talk for five minutes, and a good bit of it we just sat there in silence. She kind of realized: I don't know what I said, but something — he's really upset with me now. We just sat there in the beautiful scenery on this bench, and I tried to look at her, but looking at her, I was just like — ew. Like a monster had just taken her over. I'm like: oh, so sad, so hurt, so crazy. I wanted to get out of there, but we had just walked like 20 minutes away from the car, out on this path by the lake. So I figured I'd at least walk her back. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I couldn't wait to go out with this other woman — a mom — who probably was not going to have this messed-up attitude about kids.

At some point she could see I was very visibly upset. My mouth was literally twitching — I was trying not to look disgusted, but my mouth was twitching downward on the right side. I was just so sad. Sad that she would feel like that. Kids are so full of love and joy — it's so sad to think that way. And this is a woman who told me the night before that she was healed, while she ranted about other people needing to heal their stuff. So I asked her: are you healed?

"That Is a Major Red Flag to Me"

She's like, "oh yeah, I'm healed — I've dealt with all my shit." Man. No. So she says "oh yeah, I'm healed," and I said, well, what you said about the kids — that is a major red flag to me. I said some other things like that too, and I explained my parenting philosophy. She tried to backpedal and rationalize it. She's like, "well, there's a time and a place for spanking kids." No, there's not. You might not have seen anything else, but there's not. I parent my kids without any of that. And I'm not going to entertain any other point of view on this. If you're doing something else as a parent — you are a sovereign being, you do your thing — but I'm parenting my kids my way. I'm a masculine, strong man. I lead my kids by example. They follow me because they love me, because they respect me. They cooperate because I love them and I respect them. And I'm disgusted with parenting styles that depend on violence. Disgusting. That is completely and utterly unacceptable to me. I said a lighter version of that to her, and I said: absolutely not, in no scenario — I don't even believe in threatening kids. Kids are loving, beautiful beings, and if they're parented with love and proper leadership, they will follow because they love you — not because you're teaching them that might is right.

She got pretty visibly hurt after I said that, because she could see, from my point of view, what she looked like. She's big into words of affirmation, and I gave her the opposite — words of condemnation. Like: you are finished. This is over for me. We're done. She said, "well, you can get up and walk back." And I said no, I'll walk back with you — you don't have to walk back by yourself. As we walked back, she was trying to make it out like it was an isolated comment, and I said no — you went on like a 20-minute rant about men, about all kinds of things, and this comment was the climax of that. She tried to make it sound like she was just talking trash and having fun. No. You ranted and raved about all kinds of things, and this comment was the climax of all of it. That's it. That's unacceptable to me. That's not going to work.

Holding Up a Mirror

We walked in silence for a while. She clearly felt really bad. I also tried to frame this as a teaching moment. I told her: I've said some stuff like this on dates myself, and I wish the women had told me exactly what I said and called me out on it immediately. With some of them, I could read their body language — they didn't say anything, but I could tell I'd said something messed up. And I noticed also that in many of the cases where I said something like that, I had already decided I didn't like them or wasn't attracted to them, and I said things so that they'd reject me. I realized that's not nice — I should just admit I'm not feeling the connection instead of saying things to put them off. Maybe this woman was doing that. Or maybe — from what I saw the night before — this is just how she is. She had gone on a rant about the need to be your authentic self and all that, and she genuinely seemed like she was being her authentic self.

I also told her: people are so deep, and sometimes in dating you just catch somebody on a bad day. She was trying to explain that she thinks you should have a second and a third date with people to give them a chance — which is funny, because meanwhile I couldn't stand the thought of seeing this woman again. I have no interest in seeing her again. There's no coming back from that whole rant, the build-up, and how it ended. Nope. That is way too dysfunctional for me. There's a lot of healing needed there, and that's not compatible with me at all.

Right when we got back and were about to part ways, she said, "you know, I'm okay if I'm alone for the rest of my life." I was sad to hear that, because there's probably some guy out there for whom she would be his queen — perhaps that's how he's set up. I know I seem like an asshole sometimes and I talk a lot of trash, but most of my friends have the impression that I'm a very kind, loving person. Like the woman I went out with who said she really reads energy — she looked into my soul and said, "you are so kind." I think that's more authentic for me. I certainly have the ability to be the opposite, but I'm not up for doing that kind of work with a woman. Maybe some guy is. When she said "I'm okay if I'm alone the rest of my life," I felt so sad, and I said: I don't think that's going to happen. I hope you find somebody that's just right for you, and I would love that for you. And it was one of the coldest goodbyes I've had at the end of a date. I let her walk ahead of me, and it was just, "see ya," "bye." Very cold.

Still, I felt that I had acted in honesty and integrity. When it was very clear this was an absolute, 100% incompatibility, I called it out. I brought it up immediately, I gave her a chance to speak about it, and I spoke my piece about it. And at the same time — that's it for me. It felt real. I left feeling sad, but at the same time I thought: this is great content right now — this is going to be a great video today. I also felt so much better, like: I need to date with an open heart. I showed up with a very open heart, and when she said that, I damn near started crying. I felt so sad that someone would think that way and feel that way, and it's so incompatible with me. And here's the thing: if I had been in my head, I might have been able to disregard a comment like that. If I'd been in my head and the objective was just to get laid, I probably could have overlooked something like that and not made a big deal of it. But since I had an open heart and I'm trying to really connect and let a woman feel something — when she says something really messed up, I'm not letting that slide. And once I'm not letting it slide, I'm not having another nice moment for the rest of the date. It's over.

We had a good bit of silence walking back, and she was a little curious, so I told her: I can hardly talk about anything else. Nothing else you say at this point matters. That was so far across what's acceptable for me that we don't even need to talk about anything else. This is the end — and this is what you should learn from, examine, and look at. I'm holding a mirror up to you: this is how you look to me, and you might want to investigate that. I told her that after she made that comment, it had been disorienting to me — I felt like I was having a hard time even speaking or thinking about anything except what she said.

Driving Home Disoriented

I felt disoriented leaving the date. When I got in the car, I was like: what just happened? Maybe I should have put some of this on my dating channel, but I think I'll sleep on it and make a video on my dating channel about this. Driving home, I thought: I've got to stop saying messed-up stuff on first dates myself. The first date is not the time for that. The first date is the time to create some curiosity — maybe you say some wild stuff on the second or third date, but the first date is not the time for this. And believe it or not, I've had women say crazier things than this on a first date. If you want to ask me what that was, go to jerrybanfield.com and ask in my chat — my chat is fully uncensored, and I posted some funny stuff in there last night.

So I'm driving home, telling myself I'm not going to do that anymore. I called my friend and he helped me stabilize a bit. I'm like, what just happened? I was excited to go out with this girl — I was thrilled to be there with her — and that whole rant and its conclusion destroyed everything in a moment. And then it hit me: is this what happened with the video I sent to the queen? I think that was exactly what happened with her. She still liked me and was holding on to some kind of feeling, and I sent her this video and it just destroyed it for her. If you ever watch it, you'll probably understand why.

A Sober Guy at World of Beer

So I'm driving home, I talk to my friend, he helps me kind of re-ground, and then I'm off to meet this mom. I texted her to let her know, hey, I'm going to make it — and we needed to change locations. She has me go to World of Beer. I'm sober twelve and a half years. All right. So I called this guy, a great friend in AA, and I'm like, hey — I'm not being totally crazy going to World of Beer right now, am I? It's for a date, there's not a lot of other stuff open Sunday night after 9 p.m., and it's a nice place to have a first date. He's like, yeah — just watch what you're doing. He said, I think you're of sound mind and body, I think you're going for the right reasons — just make sure that if you need to, you call me, or you walk, you leave if you get uncomfortable. All right. Then I called my aunt and talked to her — and that's when I got the notification that the queen video sold.

Then I got there, and I had a nice date with the second woman. It was such a breath of fresh air. It was like: wow, here's a mother who loves kids, who feels joy taking her kids to sports events, who feels joy doing things with them. It was just night and day different — from the toxic first woman I went out with to this beautiful, loving mom. But then she brings up the deal breakers.

Deal Breakers

I asked her, what are your deal breakers? She says, "well, I'm not going to be with somebody that wants to have more kids." She's at the point where she's got teenage kids and doesn't want any more. Then she asks, "what are your deal breakers?" And I'm thinking: well, this is fucked, isn't it? Because I want more kids. Now, I could have a casual thing with somebody — and I realized in that moment that I've been taking dating too seriously. I could have a single mom that I went out to dinner with once a week and had some fun with — I could do that. But I'm not going to commit to a woman unless we're on board for a vision of a family where at least the goal of having kids is on the table. And I'm not interested in adoption being the primary avenue for that — the goal of biological kids needs to be on the table and desirable. I'm open to things changing; if it doesn't work perfectly, that's one thing. But I'm not committing to a woman unless she wants to have kids with me. There's no reason to — I could do anything else. I'm not going to commit unless a woman sees having kids with me as why she wants to commit. I said a little nicer version of that to her.

Then we talked about being healthy and things like that, and we had a nice conversation. I really enjoyed the experience of being somewhere new. I had three mocktails that were on their menu — meanwhile, this woman is clearly not an alcoholic. She said, "if I'd known you were sober, I wouldn't even have gotten a drink — I don't care about drinking, I don't drink much." She had half a beer the entire time we were there, which is funny, because I pounded three mocktails while intentionally trying to drink them slowly. I walked her out to her car, and based on her body language, it didn't seem like she wanted me to kiss her, so I gave her a hug and said goodbye. I probably am not going to follow up with her. If she follows up with me and wants to see me again, I'd probably see her again for something more casual, but I'm not going to follow up with her about a second date. And if she doesn't follow up with me, that's fine — two people had a nice night getting to know each other, and that's good.

Meanwhile, I've got a date a week from now with a woman who does seem to be extremely compatible, at least on paper, so I'm really excited about that. These two dates were great practice. I did a great job showing up with an open heart, and my open heart will immediately detect any serious red flags. And if I'm there with a compatible woman, my open heart means she's going to feel a connection when I show up. I've got a lot of love to offer, and when the right woman can see what kind of man I am, she's going to feel a connection and be a great partner for me.

Gratitude at the End of the Day

The queen felt a connection with me. Both of us did our part to sabotage it. I'd say maybe I did my part first by not kissing her when she tried to kiss me. Maybe she did her part first by pulling away, canceling a date, not making time for a phone call, having a really distracted phone call, and making it such a chore to message me. And I did my part with the queen video.

I'm so grateful I called my mom. I'm so grateful I'm home. It's been such a beautiful day — one of the more interesting days I've had lately. If you want the full story of the queen and everything that led up to today, it's all in my Daily Vlogs playlist. I'm so grateful for both women I went out with. That first woman — I really hope she finds a man that loves her. She had almost all negative things to say about men and the past guys she'd been with. I have almost all positive things to say. I've certainly expressed some areas where my ex and I didn't get along, but I have almost all positive things to say about the women I've dated — and it's not because all women are angels and I'm an asshole. I'm so grateful for the time I got to spend with them. Even the dates tonight, where it's unlikely anything happens going forward — I'm so grateful for the time I spent with these women. And I'm more understanding now of the women who went out with me before, didn't feel a connection, and didn't want to invest more time with me.

Holy shit, this has gotten long. See y'all later. Thank you very much for reading, and thank you very much for every dollar you've given to support me.

Thank you for all the minutes you've watched. Have a good night.
